2024-25 (As a Junior): Led the Mavs in singles wins, going 16-8 overall, including a 16-7 dual meet mark… Was 14-7 at No. 6 and 2-0 in a pair of No. 5 starts… Had a pair of 6-match winning streaks and won 12 of 13 team points on offer at the end of the regular season… Was 15-13 in doubles, including a 15-12 dual mark… Played with freshman Catalina Ballon Marin… The duo won six of their last ten decisions and went 2-2 in the PacWest Tournament… Also earned a multitude of academic honors… Was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team… Named as an ITA Scholar-Athlete Award winner for the third straight year… Earned a third straight Academic All-PacWest honor.
As a Sophomore (2023-24): Had a 1-2 official singles record… Also played in exhibition matches… Went 1-1 in tournament play at the Colorado College Invitational… Played at No. 5 singles against nationally-ranked Northwest Missouri State… Won by default at No. 6 singles against Ottawa (Ariz.)… Had a 2-1 doubles record, including a 1-1 mark in team duals… Won her lone start with Audrey O’Rear in the fall before going 1-1 in official duals with Kristen Thomas in the spring… Named to the Academic All-PacWest team for the second straight year… Also received the ITA Scholar-Athlete Award for the second straight year.
As a Freshman (2022-23): Was a solid 7-4 in singles play, including a 5-1 dual meet mark when appearing in the No. 6 spot of the CMU lineup… Went 2-1 overall in doubles, winning both of her matches with fellow freshman Kristen Thomas during the MSU Denver Invitational at the start of the season before dropping a dual a week later... Named to the Academic All-PacWest squad and as an ITA Scholar-Athlete.
Prep: Graduate of Don Bosco College in her native country.
Personal: Is majoring in business administration… Daughter of Danny Steur and Vivian Molenaar… Has two younger siblings— Patrick & Lisa Steur.
