As a Junior (2024-25): Was tied for second on the team in singles wins (15-19) while going 14-15 in doubles, playing with partner Makenna Livingston… Had a 12-15 singles mark in team duals while going 3-4 in fall season tournaments… Had a strong 10-5 record at No. 4 singles and went 6-2 with two matches left unfinished in the Mavs’ final ten duals… Had a 2-10 mark at No. 3 singles… Went 1-1 with two unfinished matches during the PacWest Tournament… Had a 4-match winning streak from Mar. 17-19 during CMU’s key spring break trip to California… Went 13-13 in doubles play during team duals, including a 13-10 at No. 2 doubles… Won seven of her final ten decisions while going 3-1 during the PacWest Tournament alongside Livingston… Repeated with a multitude of academic honors… Was a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® honoree for the second straight year… Received a second straight ITA Scholar-Athlete Award… Named to the Academic All-PacWest squad for the third straight year.

As a Sophomore (2023-24): Went 14-14 in singles play while co-leading the team in doubles wins with 16… Went 16-13 in doubles, playing mostly with Kristen Thomas… That duo went 14-11 overall and 13-10 in duals to lead the team… They played all of their dual matches at No. 3… Also had a 2-2 record in spot starts with Makenna Livingston… Went 13-10 in singles during team duals… Was 13-7 in the bottom half of the lineup, going 7-2 at No. 6… Was also 3-4 at No. 4 and 3-1 at No. 5… Won her last six decisions… Earned three academic-based awards… Was named as a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team… Named to the Academic All-PacWest Team for the second straight year… Also received the ITA Scholar-Athlete Award.

As a Freshman (2022-23): Had a strong debut season, going 6-1 overall and a perfect 6-0 in singles play during duals as a spot starter… Those starts came in the No. 4, 5 and 6 spots of the lineup… Also had a 4-2 overall doubles mark, including a perfect 4-0 mark in duals at No. 3… Played with fellow freshman Kristen Thomas in the duals and with Julianna Campos in two ITA West Regional Championships… Named to the Academic All-PacWest team.

Prep: 2022 graduate of Gymnasium Hechingen… Her junior team played in the first league of the Württembergstaffel… Her women’s team played in the fifth division of the Oberleague.
 
Personal: Is majoring in sport management… Would like to work in the field of sport or medicine… Daughter of Karsten and Silke Maier… Her sister Alessa plays NCAA Division II tennis at Texas A&M-Kingsville and finished her sophomore season in 2021-22 ranked 52nd nationally and fourth in the South Central Region according to the ITA… Enjoys tennis, skiing, travelling and having a good time with friends.
 
Why I Chose CMU: “I always had a good feeling when I talked to Head Coach Dan MacDonald. I had the feeling that I can grow and develop best here. This was probably the main reason why I chose CMU. This university can be a perfect place to combine a high level of study with a high level of tennis with a great tennis program in the PacWest Conference.”
