2024-25 (As a Sophomore):
Swam in nine meets, qualifying for the NCAA Championships for the second straight time… Earned a pair of Second Team CSCAA All-America honors, placing 12th in the 200 Fly and 13th in the 1650 Free at the NCAA meet… Posted a personal-best time of 2:02.74 in the 200 Fly prelims to rank fourth in program history… Also qualified for the NCAA meet in the 500 and 1000 Free, placing 17th in the 1000 (10:11.09) and 31st in the 500 (4:59.29)… Also had a strong RMAC Championship meet, taking third in the 200 Fly to garner a Second Team All-RMAC honors with her NCAA qualifying time of 2:03.08 (altitude-adjusted)… Also set NCAA qualifying times in the three distance freestyle events, placing sixth in both the 1000 and 1650 free… Set altitude-adjusted personal-best times of 10:08.31 and 16:54.92 to do so… Ranks fourth in CMU history in both of those events… Also ranks eighth in the 500 Free after swimming to a personal-best time of 4:58.79 to place seventh at the RMAC meet… Accounted for 97 team points in her four individual events at the RMAC meet to help CMU win a seventh straight title… Also helped the Mavs win the “B” heat in the 800 Free Relay… Set a personal-best of 56.67 in the 100 Fly at the UNLV Invitational… Was ranked amongst the RMAC’s top ten on the season-long performance list in five different events… Also set five top-10 ranking times in CMU history throughout the season… Was third in the RMAC in the 200 Fly, sixth in both the 1000 and 1650 Free, ninth in the 100 Fly and tenth in the 500 Free… Was voted on to the RMAC All-Academic First Team… Received a second consecutive First Team CSCAA Scholar All-America honor.

2023-24 (As a Freshman): Swam in ten meets, including the NCAA Division II and RMAC Championships… Placed amongst the top six in all four of her individual events at the conference meet, contributing 57 team points… Earned a pair of Second Team All-RMAC honors, finishing third in the 1000 Free and fourth in the 200 Fly… Set NCAA qualifying and season-best times (altitude-adjusted) of 10:09.69 and 2:03.21 during the meet… The 200 Fly time came in a time trail after she posted a adjusted mark of 2:03.40 in the main event… Also set another season-best and NCAA “B” cut time (altitude-adjusted) of 5:00.18 to finish sixth in the 500 free… Placed sixth in the 1650 Free with a time of 17:48.03 (17:28.03-converted)… Was ranked amongst the RMAC’s top ten on the season-long performance list in all four events ranking third in the 1000 Free, fourth in the 200 Fly, eighth in the 1650 Free and tenth in the 500 Free… Also helped the Mavs’ “B” 800 Free Relay team win their heat at the RMAC meet… Placed 24th in the 200 Fly (2:04.55) and 37th in the 1000 Free (10:27.99) at the NCAA Championships… Had a season-best 200 Free time of 1:57.14 at the UNLV Invitational… Set a season-best 100 Fly time of 57.35 (altitude-adjusted) at the TYR/CMU Invitational… Named as a First Team CSCAA Scholar All-American.

Prep: Was a 3-time all-American while swimming for Fossil Ridge High School… 2023 graduate of the school… Placed 15th in the 200 free and 17th in the 100 fly at the 2023 5A State Championships… Had placed third in the 100 fly at that year’s Front Range League Championships… Finished 11th in the 100 free and 13th in the 500 free at the 2022 state meet.

Personal: Is majoring in art education… Wants to become a high school art teacher and create a welcoming environment for all students, especially those who may struggle academically or socially…. Daughter of Jennifer and Michael O’Neil… Has two siblings— Rylee, a swimmer at Colorado State, and Brennen… Hobbies are painting and reading.

Why I Chose CMU: “I loved the school and the swim team.”
