As a Redshirt Senior (2022-23): Competed in eight meets, including the RMAC Championships during her fifth and final season of eligibility… Reached the championship final in both backstroke events, placing sixth in the 100 and seventh in the 200… Had a season-best altitude-adjusted time of 57.13 in the 100 final and another season-best of 2:04.32 in the 200 prelims.
As a Redshirt Junior (2021-22): Competed in eight meets, including the NCAA Division II and RMAC Championships… Qualified for the national meet in the 200 back, finishing 32nd with a time of 2:05.60… Had set a personal-best and qualifying time of 2:00.82 (altitude-adjusted) en-route to a third place finish and bronze medal at the RMAC Championships… Is tied for fifth in CMU history with that time… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors… Scored in each of her other five events at the conference meet, placing fifth in the 100 back, sixth in the 200 IM and 15th in the 100 fly… Swam the opening and backstroke leg on CMU’s “B” 400 medley relay team that won their second while swimming a leg on the “B” 200 free relay team that placed tenth overall and second in the “B” heat… Accounted for 45 team points in her individual events and 53 in total, when including her share of the relay points… Set a personal-best of 1:01.00 in the 100 fly at the RMAC meet… Also had a season-best of 56.55 in the 100 back prelims… Had a 200 IM season best of 2:08.04 at the A3 Performance Invitational, reaching the finals in all four of her individual events at that meet… Claimed three top-3 finishes in early season dual meets.
As a Junior (2020-21): Competed in all six dual meets and at the RMAC Championships during the pandemic abbreviated season… Advanced to the championship final in three events at the conference meet, placing sixth in both the 100 and 200 back while taking eighth in the 200 IM… Accounted for 37 team points… Set season-best (altitude-adjusted) times of 57.47 (100 back) and 2:11.36 (200 IM)… Also had a time of 1:01.56 to place 21st in the 100 fly in her lone attempt at that discipline of the season… Had a season-best of 2:03.65 in the 200 back to win that event in an Oct. 31 home dual against Western Colorado.
As a Sophomore (2019-20): Competed in 12 meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Championships… Earned a pair of First Team All-RMAC honors after placing second in the 100 back while leading off the Mavs’ winning 200 medley relay team at the conference meet… Set the former 50 back school record of 26.18 seconds as the lead-off on that relay team... Swam a personal-best and NCAA “B” cut time of 55.56 (altitude-adjusted) in the 100 back to rank fifth in program history… Also had other season-bests of 2:06.61 (200 IM) and 1:02.10 (100 fly)… Finished sixth in the 200 IM and 26th in the 100 fly… Was disqualified in the 200 back, but came back to post a “B” cut and season-best time 2:00.85 in a time trial… Was selected for the national meet in both backstroking events, but was unable to compete in those before the COVID-19 outbreak stopped the NCAA Championships on Day 2… Did get to swim in the 200 medley relay on the first day, helping the Mavs finish 17th in 1:44.55… Was later named as a first team all-American by the CSCAA in both backstroke events… Won the 200 back in the triangular with Dixie State and Mines on Jan. 10-11 and the 100 back in the dual against Adams State (Oct. 25).
As a Freshman (2018-19): Competed in eight meets, including the RMAC Championships... Earned a pair of All-RMAC honors in the backstroke events after swimming season-best times... Placed second in the 100 with a NCAA "B" Cut and season-best time of 56.18 seconds to earn first team honors... Finished third in the 200 back with a "B" cut time of 2:01.47 to earn Second Team All-RMAC honors... Also turned in a season-best time of 1:04.09 in the 100 fly at the conference meet... Finished 10th in the 200 and 11th in the 400 medley relay as the opening backstroke leg on both of CMU's "B" team... Won the 100 back at Western Colorado (Oct. 27)... Was an alternate selection for the NCAA Championships.
Prep: Placed second in the 100 back and sixth in the 200 free at the Utah 4A State Championships in 2017 while competing for Skyline High School... Had placed fourth in the 100 back as a freshman in 2015.
Club: Took third at the 2017 Western Zone Senior Championships in the 100 back with a long course time of 1:07.02… Finished ninth with a personal-best time of 1:05.90 at the 2018 meet for Olympus Aquatics.
