Biography
Prep: 2025 graduate of Loyola Sacred Heart High School… Swam for Big Sky High School… Coached by Jay Friend… Won the 2024 Montana AA State title in the 200 Free as a junior… Won the 200 Free and 400 Free Relay titles as a sophomore in 2023… Was a 2-time team captain… Earned 12 all-state honors throughout her career… Received the coaches’ award four times.
Club: Swam for the Missoula Aquatic Club… Coached by Jay Friend… Was a top five finisher in all of her events at the 2025 Montana State Short Course Championships… Was a USA Swimming Sectionals Qualifier.
Personal: Is majoring in psychology… Wants to become a pediatric occupational therapist… Daughter of Kari and Toby Stack… Has a twin brother named Ethan and another younger brother Emmitt… Loves to listen to music, go on drives and adventures, travel and spend time with people that I love.
Why I Chose CMU: “From my first phone call with the coaches, I felt an immediate connection with them, the team and the university. I believed it was the place where I could thrive but also be challenged in and out of the water. The team’s culture and drive is unlike any other, and the coaches abilities to prove their care and dedication for us as athletes was something I couldn’t pass up. Grand Junction is also a beautiful town and I felt myself feel at home both on and off campus.
