2019-20 (Senior): Competed in ten meets, including the RMAC Championships… Scored in all four of her individual and seven total events at the conference meet… Helped the Mavs win the 400 medley relay to earn her first conference relay title and garner First Team All-RMAC honors… Was a Second Team honoree in the 100 fly, finishing fourth… Also advanced to the championship finals in the 200 fly and 200 IM, finishing sixth and eighth, respectively… Finished 15
th in the 100 fly… Helped the Mavs win the “B” sections of both the 200 medley and 800 free relays as well… Had a season-best time of 2:27.56 (altitude-adjusted) in the 200 breast at the conference meet… Had other season-best times of 56.22 (100 fly), 2:07.18 (200 fly) and 2:06.60 (200 IM) at the A3 Performance Invitational… Ranks fourth and sixth, respectively with those 100 fly and 200 IM times, which were also personal-bests… Won both the 100 fly and 100 IM at the Dixie State/Mines triangular… Named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team for the third straight year.
2018-19 (Junior): Competed in eight meets, including the RMAC Championships... Scored in all seven of her events reaching the championship finals in three... Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in both the 100 and 200 fly after placing fourth in both... Also took eighth in the 200 IM and 11th in the 200 breast with a season-best time of 2:25.21, which ranks her fifth in program history... Was also on three "B" relay teams, helping the Mavs win the "B" heat in both the 200 medley and 800 free relays to place tenth overall... Had altitude-adjusted season-best times of 56.27 and 2:05.35 in the butterfly events at the A3 Performance Invite... Won the 200 fly and ranks fourth in program history with that 100 fly time... Stands fifth in the 200 fly... Selected to the RMAC All-Academic First Team for the second straight year.
2017-18 (Sophomore): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors for the second straight campaign in the 200 fly, placing fourth at the RMAC Championships (2:08.15)... Scored in all four of her individual and five total events at the conference meet... Placed 10th in the 200 breast with a personal-best time of 2:22.31, 11th in the 200 IM (2:07.67) and 14th in the 400 IM (4:36.70) and 10th as the anchor leg on CMU's "B" 800 Free Relay team (7:50.32)... Set other season-best times of 59.84 (100 fly), 2:07.16 (200 fly), 2:07.65 (200 IM), 4:32.89 (400 IM), 1:10.93 (100 breast)... Competed in ten total meets... Named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team.
2016-17 (Freshman): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 200 fly after finishing fourth at the RMAC Championships (2:08.95)... Was also a championship finalist (5th) in the 400 IM (4:37.83)... Finished 10th in the 200 IM (2:08.33) and 18th in the 100 free prelims... Was also part of three Maverick relays, taking fifth in the 800 free, ninth in the 400 free relay and 10th in the 200 medley relay (butterfly leg)... Won three dual-meet events during the regular season.
Prep: State champion in the 200 medley relay and finished fourth in the 100 fly (57.62) and sixth in the 200 free (1:55.27) for Coach Greg Colby and Bainbridge High School.
Club: Competed for the Bainbridge Island Swim Club at the 2016 USA Swimming Futures Championships at Stanford.
Personal: Daughter of Michael and Ana Rosen...Has three sisters... Majoring in kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness and health promotion... Enjoys reading, listening to music, swimming, hanging out with friends, napping and soccer.
