Biography
As a Freshman (2023-23): Competed in all four home meets of the fall semester… Set a multitude of season-bests during the TYR/CMU Invitational while reaching the consolation final in each of her four individual events, placing 11th in the 100 back and 200 fly, 12th in the 200 IM and 14th in the 100 fly… Had altitude-adjusted season-best times of 58.77 (100 back), 59.51 (100 fly), 2:10.78 (200 IM) and 2:11.53 (200 fly).
Prep: Won four state titles in her career with the Baker High School Bulldogs… Graduated in 2022… Was coached by her father Randy Stadler… Won the 100 back with a state record time of 56.64 seconds as a freshman in 2019 while taking third in the 200 IM… Went on to win the 100 fly (58.92) while placing second in the 100 back as a sophomore in 2020… Continued her title-winning run, taking both the 100 fly (58.29) and 200 IM (2:10.34) as a junior in 2021 before capping her career with runner-up finishes in both the 100 fly (58.30) and 100 back (57.49) as a senior in 2022.
Club: Won five Inland Empire Championships while swimming for the LaGrande Swim Club in 2019.
Personal: Is majoring in psychology… Would like to work with small businesses to create advertising to promote their progress… Has a goal to improve small business awareness and help fight fast fashion… Wants to benefit people around her… Has an older sister named Corrina… Enjoys outdoor activities, specifically hiking and open water swimming… Also likes backpacking, mountain and road biking and lastly playing with her dogs… Also loves reading and art.
Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because it had an amazing goal and a set plan to reach that goal. When I visited the team my senior year, I knew it was the right fit for me.”
