2022-23 (Sophomore): Competed in two early season meets… Set season-best times of 25.93 (50 free), 57.90 (100 free), 2:08.92 (200 free), 28.75 (50 fly) and 1:04.59 (100 fly) at the Intermountain Shootout.

2021-22 (Freshman): Competed in each of the team’s first eight meets, including the RMAC Championships… Was an exhibition swimmer at the conference meet… Set a season-best 100 free time of 55.30 (altitude-adjusted) during that… Had a 200 free personal-best of 2:02.61 at BYU after setting other personal bests of 24.88 (50 free), 1:00.34 (100 fly) during the A3 Performance Invitational.

Prep: Placed third in the 100 free and fifth in the 50 free at the 2021 Colorado 3A State Championships while competing for the Gunnison High School Cowboys… Was a member of the National Honor Society in 2019-20 and 2020-21… Was a honor roll student during all four years of her high school career leading into her 2021 graduation.

Personal: Is majoring in mechanical engineering… Daughter of Matt and Amanda Harris… Has a younger brother— Miles…  Says her dream job would be to design and build mountain bike frames or components… Enjoys swimming, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, canyoneering, reading and working with her hands in carpentry and welding.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because it offered both the sport I wanted to compete in and what I wanted to study. It's location in Colorado also allows me to be close to a lot of different outdoor recreation.”
