As a Redshirt Junior (2021-22): Dove in nine meets during another award-winning season… Earned a pair of CSCAA Second Team All-America honors with tenth and 11th place finishes in the 3 and 1-meter diving events, respectively, at the NCAA Division II National Championships… Had placed fourth on the 1-meter and ninth on the 3-meter during the Pre-Championship Qualification mee to easily secure a spot into the official championships… Shared RMAC Championship Diver of the Meet honors with teammate Jolynn Harris after winning the 1-meter title with a meet record 11-dive score of 466.95 points… Also took second behind Harris on the 3-meter with a season-best score of 417.90 points… Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in both… Named as the Nov. 11 RMAC Diver of the Week, her third career honor, after setting a season-best 6-dive score of 243.20 at Wyoming in her home state… Posted a season-best 3-meter 6-dive score of 255.85 to place second at the CMU Duals – Day #2… Was selected to the RMAC All-Academic First Team and was named as First Team CSCAA Scholar All-American.
As a Junior (2020-21): Competed in seven meets, including the NCAA Pre-Championship qualifier… Skipped the RMAC Championships as she was already qualified for nationals… Narrowly missed a spot in the official NCAA Division II Championships after taking 11th on both boards during the pre-championship qualification meet… Scored 232.80 points on the 1-meter and 215.20 on the 3-meter… Named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America and RMAC All-Academic Honor Rolls… Tabbed as the Jan. 26 RMAC Diver of the Week… Had season-best 6-dive scores of 248.18 (1m) and 236.90 (3m) points… Won the 1-meter in an Oct. 31 dual against Western Colorado.
As a Sophomore (2019-20): Competed in ten total meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Division II Championships as well as the NCAA Pre-Championship qualifier… Earned a pair of CSCAA All-America honors… Was an honorable mention selection on the 3-meter after finishing 15th on the first day of the national meet with a score of 369.35 points… Was named as a first team honoree on the 1-meter, which was not contested during the COVID-19 outbreak shortened championship… Finished third on the 1-meter at the pre-championship qualification meet to earn a spot in the national meet on both boards… Tallied a season-best 262.70 points on six “Black Tuesday” dives… Was 32nd on the 3-meter with 189.00 points that day… Had also earned Second Team All-RMAC honors on the 3-meter after placing fourth at the conference meet with a season-best 11-dive score of 395.95 points… Took fifth on the 1-meter at the RMAC Championships with a score of 404.10 points… Had a season-best 11-dive score of 446.84 points (1m) at the Dixie State/Mines triangular... Named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team and to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
As a Freshman (2018-19): Competed in seven meets, including the RMAC Championships and the NCAA pre-championship qualifier... Was an exhibition diver at the conference meet... Tallied 11-dive scores of 422.50 (1m) and 401.70 (3m) in the competition proper... Turned in a career-best 3-meter time trial of 459.50 points in a time trail... Had been named as the RMAC Diver of the Week on Nov. 21 for her efforts at the A3 Performance Invitational... Had taken third on both of those boards after setting her initial national qualifying scores of 436.55 points (1m) and 436.75 (3m) in the prelims... Also won and set a 6-dive meet record score of 270.80 points in an exhibition event... Narrowly missed out on a spot in the official national championship event.
Prep: Record setting and 2-time state championship diver for the Todd Dulaney Rock Springs HS Tigers… Scored 448.10 points to win the 2017 title as a senior after winning the 2016 crown with 405.05 points… Was named to the NISCA/Speedo Girls One-Meter Diving All-America squad in 2018… Set eight school and six pool records… Was named as the 4A West Conference Athlete of the Year… Won three conference titles… Was a 4-time all-conference and 3-time all-state performer… Also earned academic all-America honors.
Personal: Daughter of Christy Doak and LeRoy Lange… Has one younger sibling Alex… Is majoring in biology and Spanish with aspirations of becoming a transplant surgeon… Enjoys traveling, playing sports and spending time with family.
