2024 (As a Sophomore): Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Started all 17 of the Mavs’ games… Recorded 29 groundballs and nine caused turnovers… Also had four draw controls… Had an assist in the Apr. 14 win over CSU Pueblo.
2023 (As a Freshman): Played and started in all 17 games… Recorded 14 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers… Tallied a season-high three caused turnovers in the RMAC Tournament championship game against Regis (May 7)… Had a season-high three ground balls in a Mar. 14 win over Rockhurst… Also recorded two caused turnovers against the Hawks.
Prep: Played for Oak Ridge High School in the Sierra Foothills League.
Personal: Majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology... Hopes to work for a district attorney office and go to law school or become a paralegal... Daughter of Mike and Stacey Turk... Has an older sibling Carter.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose chose CMU for its beautiful campus and its proximity to so many cool places like Vail, Aspen, the Grand Mesa, and the National Monument. The team was so welcoming and so friendly, that I was able to feel at home immediately. I have made the best of friends here and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else."
