Former Maverick standout midfielder Kiley Davis has returned to CMU and is in her first year as the Mavs’ assistant women’s lacrosse coach.
A native of Hampstead, New Hampshire, Davis earned IWLCA All-Midwest Region and All-RMAC honors in each of her three seasons from 2021-23 after beginning her collegiate career at Coastal Carolina University during the pandemic effected 2020 season.
She then played at Division I Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri as a graduate transfer during her fifth year of eligibility in 2024 and earned Second Team All-ASUN accolades, finishing second on the Lions’ squad with 45 goals and third with 53 points.
In her three seasons with the Mavericks, Davis scored 136 goals and recorded 167 points while starting all 48 of the Mavs’ games. Her goal and point totals are the fourth highest in program history. She also holds the CMU single-season record for shots at 120, set in 2023.
Davis was a leading member of the Maverick squad that won a share of the RMAC title that year and was named to the RMAC All-Tournament team in all three years of her CMU career. She also earned First Team RMAC All-Academic honors in both 2022 and 2023 and was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team in her final season with the Mavericks.
Davis earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental science and technology at CMU and her master’s in business administration at Lindenwood.
