Scott Hansen

Since the fall of 2009, Scott Hansen has been the head women's golf coach at Colorado Mesa University.  Under Coach Hansen’s guidance the women's team has earned four NCAA Division II Super Regional Championship bids.

In 2012, he guided the team to the NCAA National Championships in Louisville, KY. It was the first time in the program’s history that they had advanced out of the NCAA Regional Tournament and qualified for the National Championship.

Hansen has guided the Mavericks to 17 tournament wins in his tenure, most of any coach in program history.

A former Class "A" member of the PGA of America, Hansen held golf professional positions at Camelback Golf Course in Scottsdale, AZ, Springhouse Golf Course in Nashville, TN and the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.

Scott received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 1985 and played on the Men's Golf Team.  He has two daughters, Landri and Lauren.
