Biography
Before CMU: Played at RMAC rival Chadron State College for the previous two years… Was a WGCA All-America Scholar and was and RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Was the Eagles’ most improved player from fall 2025 through spring 2026.
2025-26: Played in nine tournaments for the Eagles… Posted an 83.3 adjusted scoring average according to SCOREBOARD… Finished 18th at the RMAC Championships in one of her four top 20 finishes.
2024-25: Played in nine tournaments for the Eagles… Finished 41st at the RMAC Championships… Had two top 20 finishes.
Prep: 2024 graduate of Windsor High School… Was a varsity golfer and softball manager throughout her prep career… Earned an All-Northern Colorado Athletics Conference honors as a senior in golf… Qualified for state that year… Was also an academic all-state honoree… Also a member of the National Honor Society, Key Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes… Earned the Chevrolet Ptarmigan and WHS Booster Club
Multi-Sports Athlete Scholarship.
Personal: Is majoring in sport management… Aspires are to work in sports marketing for a professional sports team, preferably in the NFL, or to become a head golf professional… Wants to build a career that allows her stay connected to the sports she loves while helping others enjoy and succeed in them… Daughter of Ryan and Amy Sanger… Has a sibling named Chase… Relative Kaden swims at Luther College… Hobbies including baking, hiking, playing sports, disc golf, pickleball and doing puzzles… Enjoys staying active, trying new things and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU as a transfer student because I wanted to continue my education while competing in the sport I love. Joining the golf team was a big part of my decision, and I am excited for the opportunity to grow academically, athletically, and personally while being part of the CMU community.”
