As a Redshirt Senior (2025): Led the team in all six meets during an award-winning season… Recorded a pair of top five and five top 15 finishes before capping the season with an all-America performance at the NCAA Division II Championships in Kenosha, Wisconsin… Finished 37th overall with a 6K career-best time of 21:02.8 at the national meet to become just the third USTFCCCA All-American (four honors) in program history… Led the Mavs’ to their best team finish (20th) at the national championships… Had also earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors after finishing 11th at the South Central Regional Championships in Pueblo, Colorado with what had been her best time (21:12.7)… The regional finish was the best for an Maverick since 2016 (Alexia Chapman) and helped lead the Mavs to their best regional finish since 2014 which also proved good enough to earn a repeat bid to the national championships… Had also earned first team all-conference honors thanks to a 13th place finish at the RMAC Championships… Had placed 13th at the Lewis Crossover Invitational after finishing third at the Roadrunners Invitational as the top Division II runner on Sept. 20 in Denver… Earned RMAC Runner of the Week honors for that effort… Had placed fifth at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede to begin the season with a 4K time of 14:17.7… Was named to the Preseason All-RMAC squad… Broke 22 minutes in all five 6K races of the season.

As a Redshirt Junior (2024): Ran in the team’s final five meets, including the three championship efforts… Stepped up at the end of the season… Was the team’s second finisher at both the South Central Regional Championships and the NCAA Division II National Championships… Took 40th at the regional to help the Mavs qualify for the national meet for a team for the first time in a decade… Went on to place 85th at the national meet… Also took 40th at the RMAC Championships with a career-best 6K time of 21:58.7… Finished sixth on the team at the conference meet… Placed 54th at the Roadrunners Invitational and 119th at the Lewis Crossover during the regular season... Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2023): Ran in four meets and was one of the most consistent Mavs… Was the team’s second finisher at both the RMAC and NCAA Division II South Central Regionals as well as at the Lewis Crossover… Finished third on the team at the Mountaineer Invite, placing 15th overall with a 5K time of 19:12.6… Was 72nd at Lewis before placing 36th at the RMAC Championships… Had a 6K time of 22:44.3 at that meet before going on to set a 6K personal-best time of 22:01.7 to finish 41st overall at the regional meet in Lubbock, Texas.

As a Redshirt Freshman (2022): Ran in both of the Mavericks’ championship meets… Made her official debut at the RMAC Championships, finishing 87th overall and sixth on the team with a 6K time of 26:08.3… Ran a 6K PR time of 24:54.6 to finish 99th at the South Central Regionals… Was the team’s No. 5 runner at the regional.

As a Freshman (2021): Redshirt season... Competed unattached at the UCCS Rust Buster, finishing 23rd with a 5K time of 19:24.9.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Cherokee Trail High School… Was a 3-year lette-rwinner for the Joshua Tate coached Cougars… Earned Second Team All-Centennial League honors in cross country as a senior in 2020… Was a Academic All-State First Team pick in 2019 and the team’s most improved runner in 2018… Finished 10th at both the Centennial League and 5A Region 1 cross country meets as a senior before taking 48th at the state meet… Went on to finish 68th at the AAU National Championships… Set track PRs of 2:24.61 (800), 5:34.15 (1600) and 11:48.72 (3200) during her 2021 senior season.

Personal: Is majoring in nursing… Daughter of Steve and Meredith Hodges… Has two sisters including twin Lauren, who is also on the CMU squad… Younger sister is Taylor… Wants to become an RN and is thinking about becoming a nurse practitioner… Enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose it because I like the location, I liked the people we met on the cross country team, and I know people who went there and loved it.”
