2020 (Redshirt Junior): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick... Competed in three meets in what was her best season to date... Finished a career-best 28th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite before turning in a 5K season-best time of 20:09.8 to place 37th at the Maverick Invitational... Ran a 6K PR of 24:23.1 to place 67th at the RMAC Championships... Was CMU's third finisher.

2019 (Redshirt Sophomore): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection... Competed in four meets, including both the RMAC and NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships... Finished 90th with a 6K career best time of 24:25.8 at the conference meet... Had a 5K best time of 20:01.8 at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open... Finished a season-best 40th at the Roadrunner Invitational and 154th at the regional meet.

2018 (Sophomore): Redshirt season.

Before CMU: Ran for NCAA Division I Drake University in the Missouri Valley Conference as a freshman in 2017-18… Ran in three cross country meets, posting a best 6K time of 25:14.5 at the Oz Memorial to finish 53rd… Also ran at the Roy Griak Invitational with a 6K time of 25:21 to finish 160th… Began the season at the Hawkeye Invitational with a 4K time of 16:15.4… Competed in five indoor track & field meets, posting a season-best time in the mile of 5:38.86 at the Cyclone Duals to open the season… Also ran the 3K at the Graduate Classic in 11:48.47… Competed in four outdoor meets, running the 800 and 1500 meters twice each… Had best times of 2:32.09 and 5:14.98.

Prep: Ran for Tipton High School... Qualified for the 2A State Championships as an individual three times (2014-16)... Was a 3-time team MVP as well… Earned all-conference honors as a senior… Placed 32nd as a senior after taking 35th as a junior in 2015… Took 20th as a sophomore on a 4K course… Was a 3-event state track and field qualifier as well (1500, 3K and 4X800 relay)... Finished seventh in the 3K at the state championships as a sophomore in 2015… Named all-area by the Quad City Times… Had a 1,500m PR of 5:00.91 to finish third at the 2A District 7 Championships as a sophomore in 2015… Ran a 3K PR time of 10:40.84 to win the event at that same meet… Also won both the 1500 and 3K at the 2017 district meet… Missed her junior track season due to injury.

Personal: The daughter of Murry and Renee Mente...Majoring in Exercise Science.
