As a Redshirt Junior (2024): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll performer… Ran in five meets as one of the team’s most consistent performers… Was amongst the team’s top five in four of those meets… Was second on the squad at both the RMAC Championships and Roadrunners Invitational… Placed a season-best 31st at the RMAC meet with a career-best 6K time of 21:40.7… Finished 35th at the Roadrunners Invitational… Finished 69th at the South Central Regional Championships as the team’s No. 6 runner… Moved up to fourth on the team at the national championships as CMU competed as a team for the first time in a decade… Placed 165th at the national meet… Finished 114th overall and fifth on the team at the Lewis Crossover, which proved to be a key factor in the Mavs’ national qualification.

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2023): Ran in three meets, including the NCAA Division II South Central Regional after missing the RMAC Championships due to injury… Finished 90th at the regional… Was the Mavs’ third finisher at the Lewis Crossover, posting a season-best 6K time of 23:14.3 to finish 120th overall… Had a career-best 5K time of 18:40.3 en-route to an eighth place finish at the season-opening Mountaineer Invite… Was the Mavs’ second runner on that day (Sept. 16)... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

As a Redshirt Freshman (2022): Competed in all five of the Mavs’ full-team meets… Named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team, becoming the first Maverick in five years to be selcted for that honor... Was later selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Recorded two top-10 finishes and was the team’s No. 2 runner (behind only All-American Kira MacGill in four of the five meets… Led the team with a tenth place finish at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede… Posted career-best 5K time of 18:47.4 to do so… Also placed seventh at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite… Went on to record a 6K career-best time of 22:29.4 to finish 53rd at the NCAA D2 Pre-Nationals meet… Finished 41st at the RMAC Championships and a strong 44th at the South Central Regional Championships.

As a Freshman (2021): Redshirt season... Competed unattached in three meets, all of which were contested over five kilometers... Bettered her time and place in each... Finished 49th at the UCCS Rust Buster (20:40.5), 25th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite (20:33.42) and 14th at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede (20:16.53).

Prep: 2021 graduate of Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids… Qualified for the Iowa State championships in three straight years (2018-20), placing 16th as a sophomore in 2018… Also finished 39th at the Nike Cross Nationals Heartland Region meet that year before taking 108th in 2019… Had placed 24th as a freshman with a XC PR time of 19:08… Has track PRs of 5:14 (1500) and 10:59.01 (3K).

Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Daughter of Jay and Darsha White… Sister Jenna plays soccer at Grandview University… Younger brother is Jensen.
