As a Redshirt Freshman (2023): Ran in four meets, including both the RMAC and regional championships… Was in the scoring five in all four, helping CMU to their best championship finished in seven years…Finished 81
st at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional as the Mavs’ No. 5 runner with a career-best 6K time of 23:16.9… Was also the Mavs’ fifth runner (71
st overall) at the RMAC Championships… Placed 17
th as the Mavs’ fourth finisher at the Mountaineer Invite with a 5K time of 19:30.1 to start the year… Was also the Mavs’ fifth runner at the Lewis Crossover Invite, placing 174
th.
As a Freshman (2022): Redshirt season… Ran unattached in three meets… Finished 19
th at the Durango Open with a 6K time of 26:33.2… Had finished 23
rd at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede with a 5K time of 20:29.4 after placing 24
th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite.
Prep: 2022 graduate of Rocky Mountain High School… Ran for the Lobos and Coach John Prashun… Set track PRs of 2:36.10 (800) and 5:43.51 (1600) at the 2022 Front Range League Championships as a senior… Helped the Lobos qualify for the state championship in the 4x800-meter relay… Set a XC PR of 20:14.90 as a senior in the fall of 2021… Was a member of state championship qualifying teams in both 2020 and 2021…Finished 96
th (2020) and 108
th (2021), individually… Placed 54
th at the NXR Southwest Regional at the end of her senior season.
Personal: Is majoring in civil engineering…Intends to pursue a career in civil or environmental engineering with an emphasis on water management… Daughter of Joe and Shawna Linstedt… Has two brothers— Luke and Ben… Loves to paint, make pottery, climb, hike and be outside whenever possible.
