As a Junior (2025): Voted on to the First Team Academic All-RMAC squad… Was amongst the team’s top five at all six meets, including the conference, regional and national championships… Set a season-best 6K time of 22:20.2 to finish 149th overall at the national meet while securing the program’s best ever national championship finish (20th)… Helped the Mavs qualify for the NCAA Championships as a team for the second straight year placing 50th in 22:31.1 at altitude in Pueblo, Colorado… Was the team’s No. 4 runner in both NCAA events… Had placed 57th as the Mavs’ fifth finisher at the RMAC Championships with a time of 23:00.7… Finished second on the team and amongst the top 15 in the team’s first two meets, placing 10th at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede with a 4K time of 14:37.5… Was 15th at the Roadrunners Invitational… Also placed 60th as the team’s No. 4 runner while helping the Mavs take fourth at the Lewis Crossover.

As a Sophomore (2024): Member of the team’s top seven in all six meets… Placed 53rd overall and fourth on the team at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships, helping the Mavs qualify for the national meet for the first time in ten years and second time overall… Was 54th at the RMAC Championships with a career-best 6K time of 22:19.9… Finished 186th at nationals… Recorded a career-best tenth place finish at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite before taking 38th at the Roadrunner Invitational and 98th at the Lewis Crossover Invite… Was third on the team at the first two meets and fourth at the Lewis meet… Was voted on to the RMAC Frist Team All-Academic Team as one of only seven CMU women to ever earn that accolade... Also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District@ Team for cross country/track & field.

As a Freshman (2023): Ran in four meets as the Mavs’ top freshman… Finished 56th at the RMAC Championships as the Mavs’ third finisher… Went on to place 76th at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional as the Mavs’ fourth finisher… Set a career-best 6K time of 23:07.7 at the regional… Was also the Mavs’ fourth finisher at the Lewis Crossover, placing 165th overall in 23:37.9… Placed 20th with a 5K time of 19:45.7 in her collegiate debut at the Mountaineer Invite.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Alamosa High School, where she ran for the Mean Moose… Coached by her mother Jennifer… Finished 24th at the 3A State Cross Country Championships as a senior in the fall of 2022… Had placed fifth at the Region 2 Championships… Recorded four top-10 finishes throughout the season… Took 125th at the Team Southwest Regional Championships and 104th at the Garmin RunningLane Championships at the end of the season… Had placed 17th at state and fifth the Region 1 Championships as a junior before running a 5K XC PR of 19:34.10 at the NXR Southwest Regional, where she finished 107th… Set track PRs of 2:24.95 (800), 5:13.82 (1600) and 11:37.46 (3200) as a senior in the spring of 2023… Qualified for state in all three events placing seventh in the 3200 and eighth in the 1600 with her PR times… Was 13th in the 800… Also qualified for state in the 1600 and 3200 as a junior in 2022… Had an indoor PR of 5:38.55 in the 1600 to finish third at the Great Southwest Indoor Classic in 2023.

Personal: Is majoring in mass communications and business marketing… Wants to become a film editor or producer in the marketing field … Daughter of Jennifer and David McQuitty… Younger sister is Elizabeth… Enjoys reading, building Legos and painting with friends.
