2025 (Senior): Went 19-11 on Court 4 with partner Jessica Passi… Had a 5-match winning streak from Mar. 22-29… Started off the year 4-0 and 5-1… Claimed six wins over NCAA Division I foes.

2023-24 (Junior): Had a 10-19 overall record… Was a respectable 10-13 in the spring season with partner Savannah Ott… Went 8-12 in duals, including a 5-5 record at No. 5… Was also 2-5 at No. 3 and 1-2 at No. 4… Won their first two matches and went 2-3 with another unfinished at the AVCA Small College Beach Championships… Went 2-1 in the CMU vs. Trinidad State Pairs Tournament, reaching the semifinals… Played with Gracyn Spresser in the fall, representing the Mavs at the AVCA Fall Beach Championships in Huntsville, Alabama.

2023 (Sophomore): Went 4-3, playing mostly in exhibition matches with partners Sydney Leffler and Savannah Ott… Did go 1-1 in spot starts on Court 5 with Ott.

2022 (Freshman): Went 4-2 in extra and exhibition matches throughout the season… Played with three different partners in Izzy Burns, Paige Gwaltney and Savannah Ott… Went 3-0 with Gwaltney, a mark that included two extra match wins during the AVCA Small College Beach Championships.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Ralston Valley High School… Was an honorable mention all-conference indoor player for the Mustangs, coached by Ashley Ahlman… Earned Academic All-State First Team honors in 2018 and 2019.

Club: Plays for Ballistic and Coach Brendon Feddema.

Personal: Plans to in pre-business administration… Believes studying business will open her eyes to different career opportunities that she had not seen before… Daughter of Jay and Katy Scherff… Has a younger sister named Sara… In addition to playing volleyball, enjoys hanging out with friends, hiking, playing tennis and spending time outdoors.

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because it feels like home. As soon as I stepped on campus, I knew I was going to go to CMU. Aside from the gorgeous campus, I love how there are tons of opportunities for outdoor activities nearby."
