2025 (Redshirt Junior): Shined on the court, posting a team-best 21-10 record alongside partner Riley Daugherty… The duo went 21-9 on Court 2 and had one spot start at No. 1 against Arizona on Mar. 22… Started the year 12-0… Went 3-1 with one unfinished match at the AVCA Small College Beach Championships, helping lead the Mavs into to the Gold Bracket… Won five matches against NCAA Division I opponents.

2024 (Redshirt Sophomore): Played with Kristine Garcia… Went 4-1 in tournament and exhibition set matches… Claimed two of those wins to win Pool 3 at the AVCA Small College Championships Pairs Challenge… Was 2-2 in extra “6” matches during duals.

2023 (Redshirt Freshman): Went 5-5 in pairs tournament and exhibition matches… Played mostly with Izzy Burns, while winning her lone completed match with Rianne Brown… Also split sets in a non-completed exhibition match against Arizona with partner Hahni Johnson during the Cactus Classic.

2022 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Glacier Peak High School… Played indoor volleyball for the Grizzlies and Coach Doug Hehn.

Club: Plays for Dakine and Coach Chris Hanneman.

Personal: Plans to major in biochemistry… Would like to become a neuroscientist to study neurological diseases and create drugs to fight them… Daughter of Tom and Cathy Hood… Has an older brother named David… Enjoys archery.

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because the school offers a strong STEM program that supports my field of interest, the student body size, and the great coaching staff and beach volleyball team. I also chose CMU because the campus is beautiful and the school's dedication to its athletes."
