As a Freshman (2024-25): Went 8-2 overall and split sets in two others in exhibition and pairs tournament matches with four different partners throughout the spring… Partnered with Brooke Hartman most regularly and won their pool at the AVCA Small College Beach Championships Pairs Challenge going 2-0… Won each of her last four overall decisions… Paired with Hartman for a win in her only official dual meet start in the main CMU lineup on Mar. 8 against Central Wyoming on Court 5.

Prep: 2024 graduate of Rock Canyon High School… Played indoor volleyball for the Jaguars and coaches Angela Nylund and Tiffany Albert … Helped the team to a 5A State runner-up finish in 2022, the first team in school history to make the final…. Earned two all-conference honors... Was the varsity team's captain.

Club: Plays for RPM and Upslope… Coached by Ryan Mariano and Katie Pyles… Finished first in the silver and U16 division at the AVP Nationals in 2021…. Was a BVCA 1s pair and Leadership Award winner... Won the silver medal at the 2021 Junior East Coast Championships.

Personal: Plans to major in mass communications and marketing… Daughter of Marnie and Dave Blanco… Has a younger sister named Gianna… Loves pickelball, getting outside and is a huge cat lover. 

Why I Chose CMU: “I love the campus and the people! Grand Junction is so beautiful, and the campus is so well taken care of. Plus, the girls and coaches on the team are always so hardworking and easy to be around. It's a great atmosphere to be in!
