2025 (As a Junior): Named as the RMAC Attacker of the Year after leading the Mavs to a share of the conference title… Went on to pick up Second Team All-Midwest Region honors from the IWLCA and Honorable Mention All-America accolades from the USA Lacrosse Magazine… Scored 46 goals to lead the Mavs and rank fourth in the RMAC… That total is the seventh highest in program history… Was fifth for goals per game (2.71)… Also ranked seventh in the conference for points (55)… Took 95 shots to rank second on the team and sixth in the RMAC… Put 68 of those on goal… Led the team with eight free position shot goals on a team-high 14 attempts… Finished the year with 18 groundballs, four caused turnovers and two draw controls… Scored a career-high six goals while tallying eighth points in a Mar. 14 win over Regis, which eventually gave the Mavs a share of the conference title… Followed that up with five goals and an assist on Mar. 16 in a win at UCCS… Was named as the IWLCA National Co-Offensive Player of the Week on Mar. 18… Was also named as the RMAC’s Offensive Player of the Week after those efforts… Scored in all 17 games, tallying two mor more goals in her first 12… Scored four or more goals in six games while recording seven hat tricks in the Mavs’ first ten games… Took a career-high ten shots on Mar. 28 against CSU Pueblo… Was named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2024 (As a Sophomore): Played in the team’s first seven games before missing out on the rest of the season due to injury… Made four starts… Scored four goals while recording nine assists and 13 offensive points… Took 28 shots, including 15 on goal… Claimed four ground balls and a draw control… Had three caused turnovers… Recorded four assists and five points in her final game on Mar. 29 against Westminster.

2023 (As a Freshman): Earned Honorable Mention All-RMAC honors at attack… Played in all 17 games, coming off the bench in all of them… Scored 14 goals while finishing second on the team in assists with 15… Was fifth on the team with 29 total points… Took 31 shots, 24 of which were on goal… Tallied a season-high three goals, including the game-winner to cap the regular season in a 18-7 win over Westminster… Also had two assists and a season-high five points in that Apr. 29 victory… Had three assists in two games as well… Recorded three consecutive multiple-goal games, scoring twice in a May 5 win over UCCS… Finished with 10 ground balls and six caused turnovers on the defensive end… Had three ground balls in a Mar. 12 win over CSU Pueblo.

Prep: Played for Lake Oswego High School and Coach Lauren Anderson... Graduated in 2022... First-team Three Rivers All-League attack as a junior... Was an honorable mention attack as a freshman.

Personal: Is majoring in mass communications with an emphasis in public relations... Daughter of Paul and Melissa Havel... One older sister, Paige... Enjoys hiking, skiing, cooking, traveling and anything outdoors.

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU for its competitive lacrosse program and the opportunity to grow as a student and an athlete. The campus community and the beautiful Colorado environment made it the perfect place to pursue my academic and athletic goals."
