2024 (Senior): Earned a third career CTCA All-America honor, claiming Honorable Mention plaudits after taking 21
st amongst Division II triathletes at the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon National Championships… Was the team’s third finisher… Placed 81
st overall… Was the team’s second and eighth fastest D-II finisher at the West National Qualifier, missing out on an CTCA All-Region honor by a single place… Was a consistent high placer for the Mavericks, taking third on the team and 26
th overall at the Southern Hills Triathlon before finishing second on the team in the collegiate wave at the Desert’s Edge Triathlon… Was third on the team at the Battle in the Fort in Fort Worth, Texas before entering the championship season.
2023-24 (Junior): Raced six times in the fall… Earned Second Team CTCA All-America honors, placing 12
th amongst Division II finishers and 67
th overall at the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon National Championships in Tempe, Arizona… Was the Mavs’ third finisher at nationals in 1:10:36… Was fourth on the team and eighth amongst Division II triathletes at the West National Qualifier… Finished 43
rd overall in 1:09:22… Started the year by placing 11
th at the Denver Aquathlon Eliminator before placing fourth at the Desert’s Edge Triathlon… Placed fourth alongside Natalie Mitchell and Emma Polenske at the Yellow Jacket Relays before taking 24
th as the Mavs’ fourth finisher at the Black Hills Collegiate Cup… Was the Mavs’ second finisher in both spring races, placing 29
th in the NCAA race at the Clermont Draft Legal after taking 57
th in the National Development Race on the preceding day.
2022-23 (Sophomore): Competed in a team-leading six races throughout the year… Earned Honorable Mention CTCA All-America honors with a 15
th place finish at the national championships after earning CTCA All-Region plaudits thanks to a seventh place finish at West Regional Qualifier… Had three top-10 f0 finishes in the fall, after also placing eighth at the Southern Hills and sixth at the Desert’s Edge Triathlons… Placed 11
th at the Bearathlon and 12
th at the Black Hills State Tri-Fest… Was named as a CTCA/USA Triathlon Scholar All-American.
2021-22 (As a Freshman): Competed in four races during the fall season… Placed fourth overall and third amongst collegiate athletes at the Southern Hills Triathlon to begin her collegiate career… Was the team’s No. 2 finisher on that day… Took 13
th at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede cross country meet before finishing 26
th as an individual at the West Region Qualifier triathlon in Hurricane, Utah… Finished ninth in the 19 & Under age group race during the Sun Devil Draft-Legal Classic held on the same day and similar course to the national championships in Tempe, Arizona... Went on to finish 22nd at the Clermont Draft Legal Challenge NCAA Race in March, 2022... Had won the age group event at the weekend festival on the day prior.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Norwalk High School… Competed in swimming and track for the Warriors… Qualified for the state swimming meet three times placing ninth in the 100-yard breaststroke in 2020… Coached by Brayton Weber… Was named as the team’s Workhorse Award winner in 2017 and 2020… Was a 3-time academic all-conference and 2020 All-State Academic team award winner… Named as the MVP of the Warriors’ distance running unit in both 2018 and 2019… Helped the Charity Campbell coached track team to a seventh place finish at the state championships in the 4x800-meter relay in 2019… Finished tenth in the 1500 meters that year as well… The Warriors placed 14
th in the distance medley relay in 2021.
Personal: Is majoring in outdoor recreation industry studies… Daughter of Heidi and Todd Lackmann… Has one sibling— Tevka… Enjoys spending time outdoors with friends, cooking, mountain biking, climbing, water sports, ping pong and much more… Aspires to work and travel in an outdoor setting where she can have a positive impact on people and the surrounding environment.
