2025 (Senior): Competed in all five of the team’s fall events… Narrowly missed out on CTCA All-America honors after finishing 23
rd amongst Division II triathletes and 84
th overall at the Women’s Collegiate Triathlon National Championships as the team’s fourth finisher… Placed 42
nd overall and 11
th amongst Division II competitors at the West Regional Championships… Had a season-best 15
th place finish at the Prairie State Cup… Finished 32
nd at the Southern Hills Collegiate Cup and did not finish at the Desert’s Edge Collegiate Cup… Was an Honorable Mention CTCA Scholar All-American.
2024-25 (Junior): Raced three times while making the nationals team, where she finished 113
th overall and 39
th amongst Division II triathletes as the Mavs’ seventh finisher… Placed 69
th at the West National Qualifier after taking 61
st at the Battle in the Fort.
2023-24 (Sophomore): Placed tenth in the Denver Aquathlon Eliminator, her lone action of the fall before missing the rest of the fall season due to injury… Went on to race twice for the Mavs in the spring, placing 30
th in the NCAA race at the Clermont Draft Legal a day after placing 62
nd in National Development Race.
2022-23 (Freshman): Competed four times during an award-winning debut season… Was named as the CTCA Region Freshman of the Year after placing sixth at the West Regional Qualifier, one of three successive top-7 finishes… Later went on to earn Honorable Mention All-America honors thanks to a 21
st place finish at the national championships… Had begun the season by finishing seventh at the Southern Hills Triathlon and fifth at the Desert’s Edge Triathlon… Was also named as an CTCA/USA Triathlon Honorable Mention Scholar All-American.
Prep: 2022 graduate of Columbine High School… Earned all-conference honors in swimming three times (2019, 2020, 2021), track once (2019) and honorable mention honors in cross country twice (2019, 2021) for the Rebels… 4-year letter-winner in cross country, swimming and track… Has been on the Jeffco Schools Academic Athletic Honor Roll throughout her prep career (2019-22)… Has personal-best running times of 5:34.39 (1600) and 12:08.96 (3200) in track, 19:49 (5K Cross Country)… Has a PR time of 5:38.04 for the 500 yard swim… Coached by Sharron Argenio, Susan Cotton and Susan Williams.
Personal: Is majoring in graphic design and would like to work in that field… Daughter of Carolanne and Krishna Williams… Has two younger siblings— Clara and Oliver… Enjoys drawing, trail running, hiking, camping and exploring the outdoors.
