2021 (As a Redshirt Senior): Earned Second Team D2CCA All-South Central Region and Second Team All-RMAC honors during an award-winning senior campaign… Was also named to the RMAC Gold Glove Team and as the MVP of the RMAC Tournament after leading the Mavericks to a regular season and tournament championship… Also named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Team as a second team pick… Was also a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection and was named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team for the second consecutive year… Finished fourth in the RMAC with her .462 batting average (55-119)… Was ranked fifth in on-base percentage (.504) after drawing ten walks while striking out just twice… Was the sixth toughest player in the Division II statistics to strike out… Was ranked 22nd nationally with her batting average, which was also sixth best in program history… Had 28 RBIs and scored 20 runs… Had a .538 slugging percentage after hitting six doubles and one home run… Finished the year with a .996 fielding percentage, committing just one error, the only one of her entire career, at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional… Finished her career with a .997 fielding percentage… Was second in the entire RMAC for fielding percentage… Made 227 putouts to rank fourth in the RMAC and was a part of a RMAC-leading 13 double plays… Played in 41 of the Mavs’ 44 games, making 39 starts, 37 of which were at first base… Also started twice in left field… Hit in the fifth, sixth and seventh spots in the batting order… Finished the year and her career on a 12-game hitting streak, recording half (3) of her six total doubles and 11 RBIs in that stretch alone… Went 3-for-3 in a RMAC Tournament game against Colorado Christian (May 14) before a career-best 4-for-4 effort in an NCAA Tournament victory over Angelo State (May 19)… Recorded 18 multiple-hit games throughout the season.

2020 (Redshirt Junior): RMAC All-Academic First Team honoree... Played in 12 games, making nine total starts in left field (7) and as the designated player (2), during the COVID-19 shortened season... Went 7-for-28 (.250) at the plate... Scored one run and drove in four... Had a pair of 2-hit games during the Feb. 22-23 series sweep of Chadron State.

2019 (Redshirt Sophomore): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors after hitting .372 (42-113) at the plate... Was also named to the RMAC Gold Glove team for her defensive play in the outfield... Played in 46 games, making 45 starts, mostly in left field... Started 37 times there and eight in right field... Recorded an errorless 75 putouts... Had six doubles and 20 RBIs at the plate... Also scored 24 runs while drawing eight walks and 11 total free passes to finish with a .424 on-base percentage... Was named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll for the second straight year.

2018 (Redshirt Freshman): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection... Played in 18 games, making seven starts as an outfielder and designated player... Hit .333 (8-24) at the plate... Had .448 on-base and .417 slugging percentages... Scored six runs and drove in four... Drew five walks while striking out just twice.
 
2017 (Freshman):
Redshirt season.

Prep: Graduated from Redondo Union High School in 2016.

Club: Played for the Mizuno Diamond Girls... Coaches were Frankie Flores and Steve Pollock.

Personal: Completed her bachelor's degree a semester early in December, 2019... Is now a graduate student... Majoring in sports management... Daughter of Lana and Chris Staudle... Older brother is Shane... Aspires to work in the front office for a professional sports team or go to law school and practice sports law in the future.

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because it was a change from home with a great combination of athletics and academics.  I wanted to experience weather and Grand Junction offered the perfect area along with the perfect size school for me."
