Career Synopsis: Finished her 2-year Maverick career record with a 30-12 record and 2.18 ERA… Had eight shutouts… Was ranked fourth in CMU history with her career ERA… Was ranked seventh in opposing batting average (.240) and eighth in shutouts.
As a Senior (2025): Claimed Honorable Mention All-RMAC honors… Also was named to the RMAC All-Tournament team… Was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for the second straight year… Also tabbed to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll and to the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list.. Led the team with a 2.00 ERA, third best in the RMAC and the eighth best mark in CMU history… Recorded an 11-7 record… Was tied for eighth in the RMAC in wins… Started 20 games while appearing in 28… Tossed seven complete games and two shutouts… Allowed just 91 hits and 27 walks in 108 2/3 innings, good for a stellar 1.09 WHIP… Registered 68 strikeouts… Held opposing hitters to a .228 batting average to rank second in the RMAC… Recorded her first shutout on Mar. 23 at UCCS… Had her second on Apr. 13 at Colorado Christian… Tossed six innings of 2-hit shutout relief in a 11-inning RMAC Tournament win over MSU Denver (May 1)… Had a season-high eight strikeouts in a Apr. 6 win at Fort Lewis.
As a Junior (2024): Named as the RMAC Pitcher of the Year after posting a 19-5 record and 2.32 ERA… Led the conference in both wins and ERA… Made 33 appearances including 25 starts as the team’s No. 1 hurler… Completed 12 games and recorded six shutouts, tied for the most in the RMAC… Also recorded one save… Was a First Team All-South Central Region pick by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association… Earned second team all-region honors from the NFCA… Was a First Team All-RMAC selection… Was also named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District squad… Led the conference in strikeouts per seven innings (6.1) and called third strikes (45) while ranking third in the conference for total strikeouts with 120, the ninth highest single-season total in CMU history… Threw a team-leading 138.2 innings, seventh most in the conference… Allowed 132 hits, 46 walks and four wild pitches while conceding just 46 earned runs (71 total)… Had a 1.25 WHIP… Named as the RMAC Pitcher of the Week on both Feb. 20 and Apr. 30… Gave up just one unearned run while striking out 12 Skyhawks in eight innings of work against Fort Lewis on Feb. 17 and 18 to earn the first honor in what were her first RMAC appearances… Had eight strikeouts while conceding just one unearned run in 13 innings to pick up two RMAC wins against CSU Pueblo on Apr. 26 and 27 in the final regular season series to earn the second pitcher of the week honor… Came back to defeat the ThunderWolves again in the RMAC Tournament a week later… Recorded 13 strikeouts in a 2-hit shutout of Black Hills State on Mar. 22… Had ten strikeouts and just four hits allowed in the first of two complete game shutouts against Chadron State on Apr. 6… Gave up just two hits in her second start against the Eagles on the following day (Apr. 7)… Also tossed a 2-ht shutout against New Mexico Highlands on Mar. 28… Claimed 17 wins in 18 decisions after a 0-2 start.
As a Sophomore (2023 @ Utah State-Eastern): Earned Second Team NJCAA All-Region 18 honors as a sophomore with the Utah State-Eastern Eagles in 2023… Went 15-5 with a 5.12 ERA, sixth best in the Scenic West Athletic Conference… Completed four games… Recorded 95 strikeouts in 105 1/3 innings.
As a Freshman (2022 @ MSU Billings): Made seven appearances and a pair of starts at NCAA Division II MSU Billings... Threw 21 1/3 total innings, allowing 39 hits, 21 runs, 20 earned runs... Had 11 strikeouts... Gave up just one home run and nine walks... Posted a 1-1 record and 6.56 ERA... Allowed just one run and three hits in 4 2/3 innings during her relief debut against Minnesota Crookston... Also gave up just one run in five innings on Apr. 15 against Saint Martin's.... Earned her first collegiate win after giving up just three runs while striking out a season-high four in four innings at Simon Fraser on the final day of the season (Apr. 24).
Prep: Was a first team all-region and all-state pitcher as a senior at South Summit High School.
Personal: Is majoring in accounting… Aspires to earn a master’s degree and do forensic accounting for the FBI… Daughter of Jolene and Lance Christensen… Has three siblings— Audrey, Kaela and Garrett.
