• RMAC Pitcher of the Week (Mar. 12, 2024)

2024 (As a Junior): Posted an 8-2 record and a 3.56 ERA in 19 pitching appearances… Made 14 starts, posting three shutouts, tied for third most in the conference… Allowed just 56 hits and 16 walks in 61 innings while registering a team-best 1.18 WHIP… Recorded 33 strikeouts while surrendering just three wild pitches… Opposing hitters hit  just .242 against her, the best mark on the Maverick pitching staff… Was ranked fifth in the RMAC in that category… Was ranked tenth in the conference for ERA… Named as the RMAC Pitcher of the Week on Mar. 12 after surrendering just five hits in a pair of shutouts at UCCS on Mar. 10 and 11… Also tossed a 3-hit shutout in an NCAA Tournament win over Colorado Christian on May 10… Went  a full seven innings in that game, her longest outing of the year… Won her final five decisions… Recorded a season-high six strikeouts in four innings of work in a Mar. 29 win over New Mexico Highlands.

JC: Threw two perfect games while earning second team all-conference honors at Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, Arizona… Posted a 15-9 record and 3.99 ERA as a sophomore, helping lead the Gila Monsters to a Region 1 title and NJCAA World Series appearances… Fanned 165 hitters in 144 innings over 32 appearances, good for an 8.02 strikeout per seven innings rate… Also had two saves while completing 14 of her 26 starts in 2023… Allowed 170 hits and just 49 walks to finish the season with a 1.52 WHIP… Named as an Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete as a freshman in 2021-22.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Santiago High School… Was named as the Sharks’ best defensive player.

Personal: Is majoring in nursing… Daughter of Chris and Veronica Clemena… Has two siblings— Dylan and Chrisilla.
