2025 (As a Freshman): Named to the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list… Played in 45 games, while making 33 starts as the team’s designated player… Hit .241, going 26-for-108 at the plate… Hit five home runs while adding four doubles and a triple to finish with a .435 slugging percentage, ten extra-base hits and 47 total bases… Recorded 21 RBIs and scored the same number of runs… Drew 15 walks while being hit by three pitches… Recorded a .346 on-base percentage… Stole three bases… Had seven multiple-hit games, including a 3-for-4 effort at MSU Denver (Feb. 23)… Was named as the RMAC Player of the Week on Mar. 25 after going 5-for-12 with four home runs and nine RBIs in a series sweep of UCCS… Hit two home runs in the first game of that series on Mar. 22 in one of four 3-RBI efforts throughout the season.
Prep: 2024 graduate of Ponderosa High School… Was the Bruins’ Team MVP… Coached by Dwayne Brekke… Hit .516 as a senior… Was All-Foothill Valley League, All-San-Joaquin Section and All-Metro selection.
Club: Played for Coach Charlie Pikas and Mojo Pikas… Helped the team place fifth at the Colorado Sparkler and TC Nationals… The team won the AFON Nationals title.
Personal: Is majoring in radiologic sciences… Wants to earn her bachelor’s degree and then attend Ultrasound Tech school to begin work in a hospitality environment… Is the daughter of Tyson and Cammie Escobar… Has two younger sisters— Ellie and Caleigh… Loves outdoor activities, especially camping, hiking, paddleboarding, swimming, reading and hanging out with my friends.
