2024 (As a Redshirt Junior): Earned a multitude of honors for her work on the field and in the classroom… Was a D2CCA All-American at the utility position… Also earned First Team All-South Central Region honors from the D2CCA… Was a Second Team NFCA All-South Central Region pick… Had also received First Team All-RMAC honors… Was tabbed as a First Team College Sports Communicators Academic All-American after being picked as the RMAC’s Academic Player of the Year for the second time while leading the RMAC First Team All-RMAC unit… Received the RMAC Summit Award and CSC Academic All-District honors as well… Played in and started all 57 of the Mavs’ games at a variety of positions… Started 31 times behind the plate and 21 times in left field… Also made three starts at third base and two as the designated player… Hit .345 (59-171) at the plate… Hit 19 home runs as a significant contributor towards the Mavs’ national record of 123… Was third on the team and tied for third in the RMAC… Also ranked ninth in the national statistics… The home run total is also tied for fourth most in CMU history… Was tied for the team lead with 68 RBIs, tied for fourth most in program history… Was tied for second in the RMAC and tied for 10th nationally as well… Scored 62 runs to rank fourth (tie) in the RMAC statistics… Was 24th in the national statistics for runs per game (1.09)… Hit nine doubles and had 125 total bases… Finished the campaign with a .731 slugging percentage, tenth best in the conference… Had a .443 on-base percentage and was ninth in the RMAC with her 1.174 OPS… Drew 29 walks, tied for the most on the team and for third in the RMAC… Was also hit by six pitches… Finished with six sacrifice flies, tied for sixth most in the country and second most in the conference… Stole a team-high 11 bases without being caught… Had a .961 fielding percentage defensively… Recorded 195 putouts and 29 assists while committing just nine errors… Threw out seven of 15 would-be base stealers… Recorded ten multiple hit-games, including a 4-for-6 effort at UCCS on Mar. 10… Drove in seven RBIs in a game against the Mountain Lions on the following day… That mark is tied for second most in program history and the most of any Maverick throughout the season… Was tied for the team lead with 18-multiple RBI games… Reached safely in 49 consecutive games and had a 16-game hitting streak.

2023 (As a Junior): Redshirt season... Named to the NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list.

2022 (As a Sophomore): Earned a multitude of athletic and academic awards after a stellar sophomore campaign, highlighted by the RMAC home run title (18)… Was tabbed as a second team all-region pick by both the NFCA and D2CCA… Also earned First Team All-RMAC honors… Was named as a Second Team CoSIDA Academic All-American after receiving RMAC Academic Player of the Year honors… Had been picked to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 6 and First Team RMAC All-Academic teams as well… Named to the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list... Was ranked seventh nationally with her home run total and her per game average of (0.38), while leading the Mavs to the NCAA’s team statistical titles… Was also tied for the team lead and for eighth in the RMAC with 45 RBIs… Her 18 home runs were tied for fifth most in program history… Hit .316 (43-136) and slugged at a .757 clip to rank fifth in the conference… Had a .365 on-base percentage and 1.121 OPS… Led the conference while sitting ninth (tie) nationally with six sacrifice flies, just one off a share of the NCAA lead… Scored 35 runs and hit six doubles… Was tied for the team-lead with 13 multi-RBI games…  Had a pair of 2-home run games (Apr. 2 at New Mexico Highlands; Apr. 10 vs. Black Hills State)… Reached safely in 16 consecutive games from Mar. 19 through Apr. 15, the second longest streak of the Mavs’ entire season… Had 8 and 7-game hitting streaks during that stretch… Played in 47 games, making 46 starts, including 43 behind the plate and another three as the designated player… Gave up just six stolen bases while nabbing 10 runners, good for an incredible and school-record stolen base percentage of just .375… Also picked off another runner… Had a .987 overall fielding percentage.

2021 (As a Freshman): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors after posting a strong season both offensively and behind the plate… Played and started all but one of the team’s 44 games… Made 41 starts at catcher and two at shortstop early in the season… Hit .302 (42-139) with nine doubles and seven home runs… Registered 39 RBIs to rank tenth in the RMAC… Slugged at a .518 clip while recording a .355 on-base percentage thanks in part to 11 walks… Gunned down a school-record 16 would-be base stealers while conceding just 13 stolen bases… Finished with 12 multiple-hit games and the same number of multiple-RBI performances… Hit three home runs while driving in seven runs during an Apr. 30 doubleheader sweep at Chadron State… Had two home runs in the second game after driving in a season-high four runs in the first… Had a 3-for-3 day on the opening weekend of the season at MSU Denver, finishing that Feb. 28-Mar. 1 series 7-for-14 with six RBIs… Had a 9-game hitting streak from Mar. 7-29 and was above .400 through much of March.

Prep: All State 1st Team (2019), Max Preps/NFCA National Player of the Week (Oct 21-27, 2019), CO State Champion (2019, 2nd Team All-JeffCo Conference (2017 & 2018); 1st Team All State (2018-19), Jeffco Academic Athletic Honor Roll (2016-19).

Club: Plays for Colorado Styxx 18 Gold coached by Pablo Severtson.

Personal: Parents are Rick and Chris Distler... Psychology major.

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because of the amazing community and how beautiful the school is. The first time I visited, I just felt at home. I would like to thank my parents for all of the time they dedicated to helping play college softball and I'd like to thank all of my coaches for helping me get to this level."
