Biography

2024 (As a Freshman): Played in 27 games, making nine starts as the team’s designated player… Was also used regularly as a pinch hitter and appeared as a first baseman in two games… Went 10-for-38 (.263) with four home runs and 17 RBIs at the plate… Also hit one double and had a .605 slugging percentage… Drew seven free passes, including six walks, while striking out just four times… Scored four runs… Had a .354 on-base percentage and .959 OPS… Recorded three sacrifice flies… Was perfect on eight total defensive chances… Hit her first career home run on Mar. 22 in the opening game of the Black Hills State series, one of a school-record eight that the Mavs hit in the game… Also homered against the Yellow Jackets on Mar. 23 before hitting a 3-run pinch-hit homer on Apr. 6 against Chadron State.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Shadow Ridge High School… Award-winning player for Coach Kortny Hall and the Stallions… Hit .537 and slugged 1.111 with nine home runs and 34 RBIs en-route to 6A West Valley Region Offensive Player of the Year honors as a senior in 2023… Played in just 17 games due to injury… Was also named to the First Team AZHS All-West Valley and All-Academic units… Hit .500 and slugged 1.015 with three home runs, five triples, 15 doubles and 32 RBIs as a junior in 2022… Picked up First Team 6A Southwest All-Region and Second Team AZHS All-West Valley honors.. Was an AZHS All-Academic Honorable Mention pick that year… Named as the Stallions Offensive Player of the Year in both 2022 and 2023… Helped the Stallions to the semifinals of the 6A state tournament as a sophomore in 2021, hitting .400 with a .432 on-base percentage and 21 RBIs… Named as an AZHS All-West Valley “Underclassmen to Watch” that year… Named to the 6A Southwest All-Region and AZHS All-Academic First Teams as well.

Club: Played for Rogue FC Kaye, coached by Randy Kaye… Helped the team finish third at the Tier III Alliance Nationals and in the Top 25 in the Colorado Fireworks Power Pools in 2023.

Personal: Has not decided upon a major but wants to pursue a career helping others… Daughter of Amy and Scott Lindsay… Sister Hannah plays softball at the University of Iowa… Enjoys cooking, baking, shopping and hanging out with my family and friends.
