2018 (Freshman): Played in 40 games as the team's top reserve player... Used as a pinch-runner and defensive player at catcher, first and second base positions... Made three starts... Scored 19 runs... Went 7-16 (.438) at the plate... Had .500 slugging and on-base percentages.. Drove in three runs.

Prep: Played for Coach Wendy Davies at Ralston Valley HS... Graduated in 2017.

Personal: Is majoring in counseling psychology with aspirations of opening her own psychological private practice... Daughter of Jill and David Samuels... Enjoys yoga, watching lots of Netflix and going to concerts.

Why I Chose CMU: "Along with having a career playing for a great softball program, I came to CMU because it gave me an opportunity to play close to home. Having my family in the stands is one of the most important things to me."
