2021: Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed at three meets before missing the rest of the season due to injury… Contested the 400 meters at each, finishing in the top four all three times… Posted a season and indoor career-best time of 50.23 in his last effort at The Power 5 meet…  The mark ranks him fourth in program history and led the team… Was ranked eighth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list with that altitude and track-size adjusted effort of 49.66 seconds… Also set a career-best 200-meter time of 22.86 at The Power 5 meet… Ran a season-best 7.24 in the 60 meters at the Western Colorado Open… Ran on two 4x400-meter relay teams… Helped the Mavs post a time of 3:24.44, fourth fastest in program history, to finish second at the UCCS Invitational… Also led off the Mavs to a time of 3:26.56 at the Power 5, his last run of the season.

2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four total meets, qualifying for the RMAC Championships in both the 200 and 400... Finished 11th in the 400 with a time of 49.91 after running a career-best time of 49.85 at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open...  Ranks seventh (tie) in program history with that time... Had a wind-legal time of 22.87 to finish 17th in the RMAC Championships after running a time of 22.64 at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite... Helped the Mavs set a former school-record time of 3:17.79 (Current No. 2) to win the 4x400m relay at the Mines meet as well... Was a part of CMU's fifth place relay team at the conference meet with a time of 3:21.02, seventh fastest in program history.

2018-19 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in seven meets, qualifying for the RMAC Championships in the 400 meters... Finished ninth in 50.74 seconds after turning in a season-best of 50.28 to win that event at the Western Colorado Alumni Open one week earlier... Anchored the Mavs to fourth in the 4x400m relay at the RMAC Championships, helping the Mavs post a school-record time of 3:20.96... Was on four of the ten fastest relay teams in school history throughout the season.

Prep: Qualified for the 5A State Championships in both the 200 and 400 meters as a senior with the Fairview HS Knights... Took seventh in the 400 and 17th in the 200... Set a PR time of 48.99 in the 400... Won that event at five meets, including the Boulder County Track Championships throughout his senior campaign... Took second in the 200 at the Front Range League Meet after running a personal-best time of 22.32 to place second in the event at the Boulder County Track Championships... Also placed second in the 100 meters at that meet with a PR time of 11.47... Had also qualified for state in the 400 as a junior.

Personal: Is majoring in fitness and health promotions... Plans to attend the occupational therapy graduate program at CMU after earning a bachelor's degree and then hopes to work as an occupational therapist at a hospital... Son of Amy and Cody... Sister's name is Zoe.

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because I really like the academic and athletic opportunities they have to offer.  Also, the campus is really nice."
