2024 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Claimed the bronze medal and a First Team All-RMAC certificate thanks to a third place finish in the decathlon at the conference meet… Scored 6,281 points while setting four season-bests over the ten disciplines… Ranks fifth in program history with that score that was just 50 points away from the NCAA Championship provisional qualifying standard of 6,331… Was also ranked fifth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list… Was the top finisher in four of the events— 100, Long Jump, 400, 110 Hurdles… Set season-best times of 10.86 (100), 48.99 (400) and 4:55.56 (1500)… The 100 meter time was wind-aided… Also set a season-best of 1.82 meters (5-11.5) in the high jump… Matched his season-best of 3.60 meters (11-9.75) in the pole vault… Scored 5,986 points in his decathlon debut at the Maverick Invite & Multi, allowing him to qualify for the RMAC Championships… Had his wind-legal season-best of 11.03 seconds in the 100 at that meet… Also set season-best marks of 6.97 (22-10.5), 10.58 (34-8.5) and 34.13 meters (112-0) in the long jump, shot put and javelin, respectively… Ranks ninth in program history with that long jump effort… Had other season-best marks of 15.69 seconds (110 Hurdles) and 29.26 meters (96-0) (discus throw)… Was ranked amongst the RMAC’s top 20 athletes in five different disciplines, including the decathlon.

2023-24 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in multiple events at three meets, including the RMAC Championships… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the heptathlon and the 4x400-meter relay after placing fourth with a season-best score of 4,615 points in the heptathlon while helping the Mavs take second and the silver medal in the relay… Ranks fourth in program history with that heptathlon score… Was also ranked fifth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list with his converted score of 4,639 points… Set five season-bests during the heptathlon, posting times of 8.97 seconds (60 Hurdles) and 2:48.84 (1000) in running events… Also ranks fourth in program history with that 1,000 time… Set season-best field event marks of 3.60 meters (11-9.75), 10.15 meters (33-3.75) and 1.73 meters (5-8) in the pole vault, shot put and high jump as well… Had qualified for the conference meet after scoring 3,951 points in his first heptathlon at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi… Set season-bests of 7.27 seconds and 6.77 meters (22-2.5) in the 60 meters and long jump to open up his collegiate career… Helped the Mavs to a time of 3:22.99 in the 4x400-meter relay, ninth fastest in program history.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Monarch High School… Sprinted and jumped for the Coyotes and Coach Kyle Pischke… Won the long jump while placing third in the 400 at the Boulder County Championships… Won three events while placing second in another at the AAU Region 20 Regional Qualifier in June, 2023 while competing for the REAL Training club team… Set PR marks of 22.77 (200), 49.93 (400), and 21-10(w) (Long Jump) in 2023.

Personal: Is undecided upon a major… Aspires to become a physician’s assistant… Won of Nicosia and Corbett Hoenninger… Has a younger sibling named Brek… Enjoys working out, listening to music, hanging out with friends, freestyling and being outside.
