2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran in two meets… Set a season-best time of 4:05.88 in the 1500 at the Maverick Invitational… Set a career-best of 2:04.54 in the 800 a week later at the Mines Kit Mayer Classic.
2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Ran in five meets… Helped the Mavs set a school-record time of 10:11.53 in the distance medley relay at the Ichabod Invitational… Also ran on the Mavs’ RMAC Championship relay team that placed tenth in a time of 10:53.60, 11
th fastest in program history… Ran the mile on three occasions, posting a career-best time of 4:24.06 at the Colorado Invitational… Ranks eighth in program history with that effort… Set a career-best mark of 9:10.86 in the 3,000 meters at the Nevada Invitational… Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:17.19 at the season-opening Mountaineer Open… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.
2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the last three… Set a season-best time of 9:48.66 to win at the Maverick Invite & Multi… Ranks fifth in CMU history with that time… Went on to place 15
th at the RMAC Championships (9:57.06)… Opened the season by posting a 5K time of 15:09.65 at the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing… Sits seventh in CMU history with that time… Selected to the CSC Academic All-District Team… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll…Competed in three meets… Set a personal-best mile time of 4:27.19 at the New Mexico Team Open… Ranks eighth in CMU history with that mark… Posted a 5K time of 15:53.03 to claim his first collegiate event win at the Western Colorado Open to sit tenth in program history… Also ran the opening 1,200-meter leg on the Mavs’ distance medley relay team that placed second at the Big Red Machine Open in 11:06.73.
2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran in three meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 5K in 16:27.92 at the CSU Pueblo Open before running in three events at the Maverick Invite… Had a 1500 meter time of 3:58.63 to take second and qualify for the RMAC Championships, where he finished 18
th in 4:04.73… Also had an 800-meter time of 2:06.96 at the Maverick Invite… Also ran on a 4x400-meter relay team at the home meet… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran in three meets… Posted a 5K time of 16:11.68 at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi before running the mile in 4:40.60 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season… Ran unattached in each of CMU’s three home meets… Posted times of 2:05.72 (800) and 4:12.71 (1500) at the Maverick Invite #1 before posting a 5K time of 16:02.29 at the Maverick Invite #2… Capped the season with a time of 4:27.60 in the 1500 at the Maverick Top Gun Last Chance Meet.
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Redshirt season… Ran unattached in two meets posting a time of 9:26.59 in the 3K at the Mountaineer Open & Multi before running the mile in 4:29.38 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Big Bear High School… Coached by Jonathan Stiles… Won both the 800 and 1,600-meter titles for the Bears at the Cross Valley League Finals in the spring of 2021… Posted PR’s of 2:01.49 and 4:27.10 earlier in that outdoor track season… Had three top-3 finishes in as many meets during a brief2021 spring cross country season… Placed second at the CVL Finals with a PR of 15:47… Had finished 115
th at the CIF Southern Section Finals as a junior cross country runner in the fall of 2019 after taking 91
st at the Preliminary meet.
Personal: Is majoring in mechanical engineering technology.
