- School-Record Holder - Indoor 4x400m Relay (3:17.40)
2023 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.
2022-23 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 400 meters at each, setting a career-best time of 50.36 seconds at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic to qualify for the RMAC meet… Ranks seventh in program history with that time… Finished tenth at the RMAC Championships in 50.66 seconds… Also ran on the Mavs’ school-record setting 4x400-meter relay team at the New Mexico meet… Helped set a time of 3:17.40… Ran on the 4x400 team that placed seventh at the RMAC Championships in 3:24.49, the tenth fastest time in school history… Also ran the 200 meters at his first two meets, posting a season-best time of 23.09 at the Mountaineer Open and Multi.
Prep: 2022 graduate of Fort Collins High School… Graduated with honors after representing the Lambkins at the state meet throughout his career… Coached by Bill McCormick… Finished fifth in the 400 meters as a senior in 2022 with a PR time of 48.83 seconds… Had won the Front Range League title in that event… Also placed second at the league meet in the 200 with a PR time of 22.24… Took 12
th at state in the 400 as a junior in 2021… Claimed five event wins in the 100, 200 and 400 as a senior… Was a 3-sport athlete.
Personal: Is majoring in sports finance… Is unsure of hie exact career path but hopes that track and field can be in it… Aspires to be successful and take care of his mom Luz Elena and sister Deniss… Enjoys working out, going out with friends, playing sports and being there for others.
