2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore):
Ran the 800 meters in four meets… Also ran on a pair of 4x400-meter relay teams… Set a season-best time of 1:57.78 in the 800 at the Maverick Invitational.

2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran the 800 meters in three meets… Set a season-best time of 1:56.49 at the Colorado Invitational… Ranks eighth in program history with that time… Also ran on a 4x400-meter relay team at the RMAC Last Chance Qualifier.

2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran in all three of CMU’s home meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set a season-best time of 1:54.92 to finish 13th in the 800 meters at the conference meet… Ranks ninth in CMU history with that time… Had qualified after running to a time of 1:56.44 at the Maverick Invite & Multi… Also ran on the Mavs’ second place 4x400 relay team at that meet.

2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran in four meets, contesting the 800 at each… Set a season-best time of 1:57.05... Won the discipline at the Mountaineer Open in 2:00.03… Also ran on a pair of Maverick relay teams that finished second throughout the season.

2022-23 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons… Competed unattached in three indoor meets… Had a season-best 800-meter time of 2:01.49 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.

Prep: 2022 graduate of Arapahoe High School… Ran for the Jeff Krause coached Warriors… Finished 66th at the 2021 State XC Meet as a senior after placing 14th at regionals and 12th at the Centennial League Championships… Ran an in-state altitude PR of 16:55 at the Liberty Bell meet before finishing the year with a sea-level PR of 16:14 to place fourth at the Garmin Runninglane Cross Country Championships in Huntsville, Alabama to cap his season… Set track PRs of 1:56.66 (800), 4:48.23 (1600) and 53.06 (400) during his 2022 senior track season… Took second in the 800 at the Centennial League Championships with that PR before taking 13th at the 5A State Championships… Had won City of Littleton Championships MVP honors after claiming the event win, one of two during the campaign.

Personal: Is majoring in kinesiology… Hopes to become a personal trainer and work with all kinds of athletes… Has hopes to become successful and give back to the community that nurtured him… Son of Laura Worman.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because I wanted to stay in Colorado and I thought Mesa would be a perfect school that was not too close to home, but not too far away either. Also I've heard about how great the team is and am excited to be part of it.”
