• Second Team All-RMAC - 2022 Outdoor - 4x400m Relay
• School Record-Holder - Outdoor 4x400m Relay (3:15.69)

2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in the shot put and hammer throw at each of the team’s first three meets… Had season-best performances of 12.06 (39-7) and 46.21 (151-7) meters at the Maverick Invite to finish seventh in both... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in four meets, including one as an unattached athlete… Had official season-best marks of 12.51 (41-0.5) and 13.97 (45-10) meters in the shot put and weight throw in his team-debut at the Wes Lavong Open... Had posted better throws of 12.76 (41-10.5) and 14.24 (46-8.75) meters while competing unattached a week earlier at the Western Colorado Open... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2021-22 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons… Competed unattached at one indoor meet, posting marks of 11.03 meters (36-2.25) and 11.00 meters (36-1.25) in the shot put and weight throw, respectively at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Dakota Ridge High School… Set PRs of 126-1 (Discus) and 38-5 (Shot Put) during the spring of that season while representing Real Training… Had competed for the Eagles a sophomore in 2019… Coached by Mark Stenbeck and Andrew Gysin.

Personal: Son of Brent & Chris Soderlin… Has an older brother Jacob… Is majoring in radiologic sciences and aspires to eventually run an orthopedic imaging clinic.
