2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the decathlon with a sixth place finish and season-best score of 5,479 points in what was just his second attempt in the grueling 10-event competition… Had qualified by scoring 5,239 in his debut at the Maverick Invite & Multi… Also qualified for the RMAC Championships in the discus throw, taking tenth with a throw of 41.94 meters (137-7)… Set five new career-bests during the RMAC Championship decathlon, recording times of 56.33 (400), 17.50 (110 Hurdles) and 5:44.50 (1500)… Also cleared 3.80 meters (12-5.5) in the pole vault and threw the javelin 35.91 meters (117-10)… Was the top discus thrower in the decathlon at 41.42 meters (135-11)… Set other career-bests of 12.05 seconds in the 100 meters, 5.84 meters (19-2) in the long jump and 1.82 meters (5-11.5) in the high jump earlier in the season… Recorded a season-best shot put mark of 12.77 meters (41-10.75) in his decathlon debut as well… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four meets making the transition to a multi-event specialist… Took eighth in the heptathlon at the RMAC Championships with a season-best score of 3,974 points… Competed in the heptathlon at three meets… Set season-best times of 7.64 seconds and 3:13.89 in the 60 and 1000 meters during the RMAC Championships… Had a season-best 60 Hurdle time of 9.77 in his debut at that discipline during the Colorado Running Company Pre-Holiday Invite & Multi, hosted by UCCS… Also had a season-best shot pur mark of 12.45 meters (40-10.25) during that heptathlon… Had other season-best field marks of 5.70 (18-8-.5), 3.76 (12-4) and 1.81 meters (5-11.25) in the long jump, pole vault and high jump… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in the discus and hammer throw events at four different meets, including the RMAC Championships… Finished tenth in the hammer throw (50.55m/165-10) and 15th (42.24m/138-7) in the discus at the RMAC Championships… Had a career-best of 51.35 meters (168-6) in the hammer at the CSU Pueblo Open… Ranks sixth in CMU history with that mark… Had a season-best of 43.61 meters (143-1) in the discus at the Maverick Invite.
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Threw in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Had season and career-best marks of 13.27 meters (43-6.5) in the shot put and 16.04 meters (52-7.5) in the weight throw at the Western Colorado Alumni Open before going on to place 18
th in the weight throw at the conference championships with a mark of 14.89 meters (48-10.25)... Ranks tenth in program history for the weight throw.
2022 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in the throwing events at six meets… Qualified for the RMAC Championships in all three of his disciplines… Finished eighth in the discus throw with a season-best throw of 47.49 meters (155-10)… Ranks sixth in program history with that mark… Placed 17
th in the shot put with a mark of 12.84 meters (42-1.5) after turning in a season-best of 13.10 meters (42-11.75) at the Maverick Invite #2… Recorded a hammer throw season-best of 49.63 meters (162-10) at the Colorado Invitational… Fouled on all three of his attempts in the hammer throw at the RMAC meet… Won the hammer throw at the Maverick Top Gun Last Chance with a heave of 49.50 meters (162-5)… Selected to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2021-22 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in seven meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the weight throw at each… Won the event with a career-best of 15.97 meters (52-4.75) at the Western Colorado Alumni Open… Ranks eighth in CMU history with that mark… Went on to place 14
th at the RMAC Championships with a throw of 14.97 meters (49-1.5)… Also competed in the shot put at five meets… Recorded a season-best of 13.07 meters (42-10.75) at the Western Colorado Alumni Open… Earned a spot on the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2021 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season... Competed unattached in CMU’s three home meets… Had season-best marks of 11.53 meters (shot put), 40.82 meters (discus throw) and 39.08 meters (hammer throw).
2021 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the shot put and weight throw at each of CMU’s first three meets of the abbreviated season… Had a season-best shot put mark of 11.25 meters (36-11) at the Western Slope Challenge… Turned in a mark of 12.00 meters (39-4.5) in the weight throw at the CRC UCCS Open.
Prep: Finished 11
th in the discus throw at the 2019 Washington State Championships after finishing fifth at the 21 WCD III Championships during his junior season (2019) at North Kitsap… Won the 2A Olympic Leaue Sub District meet… Had also won the discus at the Olympic League and sub-district meets before going on to place fourth at the WCD III Championships and eighth at the WIAA State Championships… Had a discus PR of 147-3 to win the OL title… Had other PRs of 140-5 (javelin), 90-9 (hammer) and 34-4.5 (shot put) during the 2019 season before his senior season was canceled by COVID-19… Also competed in the high jump regularly throughout his career, posting a PR of 5-6.
Personal: Is majoring in business and is in the EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) program… Aspires to become a firefighter.
Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because of the great programs and all around environment of the school. I also enjoy the family aspect of the track team.”
