2022 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in two meets, posting a time of 10:56.68 in his first career attempt at the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Maverick Invite #2… Ranks sixth in CMU history with that time… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2021-22 Indoor: Did not compete.

2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in all three of CMU’s home meets… Ran career-best times in three different events… Posted a time of 15:44.20 in the 5K to place fourth at the Maverick Open… Ranks tenth in program history with that time… Finished the 10K in 33:33.30 at the Maverick Multi & Open… Also ran the 1,500 meters at the Maverick Open, posting a time of 4:17.99… Was also on CMU’s “C” 4x400-meter relay team at that meet, helping his unit finish in 3:44.30… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
 
2021 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed at two meets, running the 5,000 meters at both… Also ran the 3,000 meters at the CRC UCCS Open posting a career-best time of 9:16.91… Had an indoor career-best of 16:03.07 in the 5K at that meet as well… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran the 5,000 meters at the UCCS Invitational, his lone action of the season… Finished 16^th in 17:42.27… RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2018-19 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School: Ran for coach Matt Swedland of Washburn Rural High School in Topeka, Kansas… Recorded a XC PR time of 16:54.1 for a PR at the 2017 NXR Heartland Regional Championships...Also ran at the Foot Locker Midwest Regional… Placed 16th at the Centennial League Championships, 19th at the 6A Junction City Regional to qualify for the Kansas State Championships, where he finished 79th… Set track PRs of 5:04.70 (1600) and 10:43.45 (3200) as a junior in 2017.

Personal: Majoring in social work and aspires to become a school social workers who has a positive impact on the kids he works with...Enjoys playing Fortnite and Minecraft... Chose CMU because of the social work program and the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level.
