Joined the team for the 2018-19 season... Has been enrolled at CMU since the spring of 2017 after beginning his collegiate career at MSU-Denver.
2019 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in three meets, qualifying for the RMAC Championships in the 400... Had a time of 52.87 to finish 23rd... Had run a season-best time of 51.76 to open the year at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open (Apr. 6)... Ran a season-best time of 23.04 in the 200 at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite.
2018-19 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in three meets, contesting the 200 and 400 meters... Had season-best times of 23.91 and 53.39 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open (Feb. 16).
Prep: Set a 400m PR of 50.23 to win the Phil Wertman Invitational while qualifying for the 2016 4A State Championships, where he finished 13th as a senior for the Fruita Monument Wildcats... Took third in the 800 at the Southwestern League Meet that year with a PR of 2:00.32... Had finished third as a sophomore (2014) and second as a junior (2015) in the 400 at the SWL meet.
Personal: Is majoring in business... Chose CMU because of the great campus.
