2024-25 (Redshirt Freshman): Did not compete in any meets.

2023-24 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor season… Competed unattached at two indoor meets, hosted by Western Colorado… Set a marks of 12.62 meters (41-5) in the weight throw at the Mountaineer Open… Had a shot put effort of 12.45 meters (40-10.25) at the Western Colorado Open.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Green River High School... Threw for the Wolves and Coach Dan Hansen… Finished second in the shot put to earn all-state honors at the 3A Indoor State Championships as a senior… Set outdoor PRs of 45-8.5 (shot put) and 129-4 (discus) during the 2023 outdoor campaign after recording PR marks of 47-6 (shot put) and 56-0.5 (weight throw) during the indoor season.

Personal: Is majoring in geosciences… Is unsure of a specific career plan but knows there are many opportunities in that field… Son of Kelly and Dave Davis… Has two living sisters— Amanda and Nicole… His older brother Dallas is deceased… Enjoys to play guitar and video games as well as going hiking when he the chance.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because they gave me a chance to throw at the D2 level. They also happened to have the major I was looking for.”
