• 5x RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll

2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Finished the 1,500 meters in 4:20.81 at the Maverick Invite #2 in his only race of the season… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets.

2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran one time, posting a time of 16:01.88 in the 5,000 meters at the Maverick Invite… Selected to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in one meet, running the 5,000 meters in 17:01.26 at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran the 1,500 meters at each of CMU’s three home meets… Recorded a season-best time of 4:17.72 at the second (Maverick Invite #2).

2021-22 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Did not compete in any meets.

2021 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Prep: Was a 3-time first team academic all-state runner for the Lakewood HS Tigers... Finished 21st at the Nike Cross Southwest Regional after his senior season... Had placed 10th at the Jeffco 4A/5A League Championship and won the prestigious Liberty Bell Cross Country Invitational... Set track PRs of 4:38.02 (1600) and 10:17.03 (3200) during his 2019 junior track season before his 2020 senior outdoor campaign was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Did turn in times of 2:11.63 (800), 4:51.00 (mile) and 9:57.31 (3K) during the 2020 indoor season.
 
Personal: Is majoring in mechanical engineering.
