As a Redshirt Junior (2021): Co-Led the team with ten singles wins to complete his Maverick career… Posted a 10-7 record, including an 8-6 mark at No. 6 singles… Was also 2-1 at No. 5… Posted a 7-10 doubles mark, going 6-9 with primary partner Moises Cure… Also went 1-1 with Christian Albrechtsen… Was 5-8 at No. 3 doubles with Cure… The all-South American duo also went 1-1 at No. 2… Played both of his matches with Albrechtsen in the second flight as well… Named to the Academic All-PacWest team… Also tabbed as an ITA Scholar Athlete for the second straight year.

As a Junior (2019-20): Went 1-4 in singles and 8-6 in doubles play throughout the season... Was tied for the team lead in doubles victories... Played with three different doubles partners, including Christian Albrechtsen... Was an impressive 7-2 overall and 4-1 in dual play with the Dane... Played in the No. 3 spot in those team matches... Also played in the No. 3 spot with Mitchell Steadmanand Moises Cure, going 1-3 and 0-1 with them, respectively.

As a Sophomore (2018-19): Played in four singles matches at the Air Force Invitational, his only action of the season.

As a Freshman (2017-18): Posted a 4-4 records in singles, appearing in three team matches at the No. 5 and 6 positions... Went 0-2 in doubles, partnering with Sam Hoelscher in two tournament matches.

High School: Graduated from Escola Parque in 2016... Was the student with the best grades as a senior.

Personal: Majoring in business marketing... Aspires for a career in marketing or event planning and to be able to travel everywhere and eat a bunch of ice cream... Son of Luis Fernando Nejm and Gisela Najman... Enjoys playing soccer, partying with friends, going to the beach, preferably all at the same time.

Why I Chose CMU: "I love Colorado, playing sports, and having great outdoor opportunities. CMU was the perfect fit."
