2021-22 (Redshirt Senior): Competed in nine meets, including the RMAC Championships… Was an exhibition swimmer at the conference meet… Set many of his season-bests at the A3 Performance Invitational… Finished fifth in the 200 fly with an altitude-adjusted time of 1:51.21… Had other season-bests of 51.51 (100 fly), 1:55.49 (200 IM) and 4:04.92 (400 IM) at that meet as well… Recorded six total top-5 finishes.
2020-21 (Senior): Competed in five meets including the RMAC Championships… Scored in all four of his events at the conference meet, earning All-RMAC honors in the 400 IM and 200 fly… Accounted for 47 total team points… Placed second in the 400 IM to earn first team honors posting a personal-best of 4:08.03 (4:03.03-altitude adjusted)… Earned second team plaudits in the 200 fly after placing fourth… Had a personal-best of 1:52.37 (1:51.17-adjusted) in the preliminary round… Also set season-best times (adjusted) of 2:13.07 in the 200 breast and 1:54.62 in the 200 IM to place eighth and 13
th, respectively… Had two top-5 dual meet finishes in the 200 fly throughout the season… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2019-20 (Junior): Competed in nine meets, including the RMAC Championships… Scored in four events at the conference meet, earning Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 200 fly with a fourth place finish (1:51.47)… Also placed tenth in the 100 fly and 15
th in the 200 breast… Posted a personal-best time of 2:12.12 in the 200 breast… Was also on the Mavs “B” 400 medley relay team that won the consolation section… Had posted a NCAA “B” Cut time of 1:48.91 (altitude-adjusted) in the 200 fly at the A3 Performance Invitational to rank second in program history… Had set personal-bests of 49.82 (100 fly) and 1:51.90 (200 IM) at that meet... Named to the CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-America squad.
JC: Spent two seasons (2017-18, 2018-19) with the Indian River State College Pioneers... Medaled in the 50, 100 and 200 fly as well as the 200 IM at the NCJAA National Championships in both seasons... Helped lead the Pioneers to team titles in both years as well... Placed third in the 200 fly, fifth in the 200 IM, sixth in the 100 fly and eighth in the 50 fly as a sophomore in 2019... Had placed second in the 200 fly, fourth in both the 100 fly and 200 IM and seventh in the 50 fly as a freshman in 2018, when the Pioneers hosted the championships in Fort Pierce, Florida... Was a 2019 CSCAA All-America selection.
Prep: Graduated from Treasure Coast HS in 2017... Finished 12th in the 100 fly and 15th in the 200 15 at the Florida 4A State Championships as a senior in the fall of 2016... Had placed fifth in the 100 fly for the Titans as a junior 2015 after winning the 100 IM and placing second at the District 7 Championships.
Club: Was a 3-event finalist at the Florida Swimming Senior Long Course Championships in July, 2919... Had placed seventh in both the 50 and 200 fly at the Senior Short Course Championships in February, 2017.
Personal: Is majoring in business management... Son of Nicole Adams... Has one sibling (Alex)... Aspires to own a breakfast cafe.
