2023-24 (As a Redshirt Junior):
Earned five CSCAA All-America honors capping another strong and versatile season…  Picked up two first team plaudits in the relays, helping the Mavs finish fourth in the 400 Free and seventh in the 400 Medley at the NCAA Division II National Championships… Also swam on the Mavs’ tenth place 200 Free and 200 Medley Relays while taking 12th in the 100 Back individual event to earn three more second team all-America honors… Set a personal-best time of 47.73 seconds in the 100 Back to do so… Ranks third in program history with that time… Also finished 22nd in both the 200 Free and 200 IM at the NCAA Championships… Helped set four relay school records throughout the season, including 400 Free (2:53.21) and 400 Medley (3:10.31) marks at the NCAA Championships… Was the butterfly leg on the national 400 medley relay team… Had a strong RMAC Championship meet as well, winning three relay titles and five total all-conference certificates while setting NCAA qualifying times in five different individual disciplines… Anchored the Mavs 200 Medley Relay team to victory in 1:27.27 after leading off the 200 Free and 800 Free Relay teams… Set a season-best 200 Free time of 1:37.51 while helping the Mavs break the RMAC Championship record with a mark of 6:30.29 in the 800 Free Relay… The Mavs won the 200 Free relay in 1:20.18… Also placed amongst the top five in all four of his individual events, placing fourth in both the 100 Free and 100 Back to garner a pair of Second Team All-RMAC honors… Placed fifth in the 200 Free and 200 IM and accounted for 58 team points in his four individual events and 88 when including his share of the relay points… Ranked fifth in the individual scoring totals… Posted a personal-best 50 Free leadoff split time of 20.23 in the 200 Medley Relay to rank ninth in program history… Also set personal-best altitude-adjusted time of 1:47.84 in the 200 IM, to rank third in CMU history… Had season-best 100 and 200 Free Time of 44.95 and 1:37.51 (converted) as well… Posted a 100 Fly personal-best time of 48.98 at the TYR/CMU Invitational.. Helped set CMU records of 1:19.23 (200 Free) and 1:26.19 (200 Medley) school-records at the TYR meet…  The 200 Medley Relay time was also an El Pomar Natatorium record… Ended the year ranked amongst the RMAC’s top 10 swimmers in seven overall and six championship events on the  final performance lists… Was fifth in the 50 Free, tenth in the 100 Free, sixth in the 200 Free, fourth in the 100 Back, seventh in the 100 Fly and fifth in the 200 IM… Also ranks amongst the program’s top 10 all-time swimmers in six events at the end of the 2023-24 season… Swam in seven meets overall.

Summer 2023: Set a LCM personal-best of 55.82 in the 100 fly at the Arena Grand Prix Puchar Polski.

2022-23 (As a Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in all 11 swimming meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Division II Championships… Earned five CSCAA All-America honors, including a first team plaudit as part of the Mavs’ fifth place 800 free relay team that set a former (since broken) school-record time of 6:25.73, one of three former school-record relay teams he was a part of throughout the season… Also earned second team honors in the 200 and 400 free relays as well as in two of his four individual events… Placed 16th in both the 200 IM and 100 back after setting season-best times of 1:48.21 and 48.13 in the preliminary rounds… Also qualified for the NCAA meet in the 200 free and 100 free, placing 17th and 31st, respectively… Had earned five All-RMAC certificates at the conference meet… Was a first team honoree in both the 400 and 800 free relays, helping the Mavs to second place finishes in both… Helped the team set a former school-record time of 2:57.22 (adjusted) in the 400 free relay… Was a second team honoree in the 500 free, 200 IM and 100 free… Claimed the bronze medal in the 500 free with a season-best altitude-adjusted time of 4:28.28… Was fourth in the 200 IM and the 100 free, setting a season-best of 44.74 in the latter... Placed fifth in the 200 free after setting a personal-best time of 1:36.70 in the prelims to rank fourth in CMU history… Set NCAA “B” cut times in all four of his individual events while racking up 60 team points, fourth most in the entire meet… Had a 50 free relay lead-off split of 20.44 to help the Mavs win the “B” heat of the 200 free relay.

2021-22 (As a Redshirt Freshman): Competed in ten meets, equal to the most of any swimmer on any team, including the NCAA Division II and RMAC Championships… Earned a pair of CSCAA All-America honors on relays at the national championships, helping the Mavs claim third place in the 800 free relay with a former school-record time of 6:29.29… Also picked up a second team honor as the anchor leg on the Mavs’ 400 free relay team that finished 15th… Also competed in four individual events at the national championships, finishing 20th in the 500 free, 22nd in the 200 free, 34th in the 100 free and 40th in the 50 free… Set season-best times of 20.50 in the 50 and 44.78 in the 100-yard distance…  Had earlier won a RMAC title along with four other Second Team All-RMAC honors at the conference championship… Helped the Mavs win the 400 free relay title in the 400 free relay with a former school-record time of 2:57.62 ((actual)/2:57.22 (altitude-adjusted))… Led off the Mavs to a second place finish in the 800 free relay… Had won the bronze medal in both the 200 and 500 free, posting an altitude-adjusted time of 4:28.15 in the latter to rank ninth in program history… Also finished fourth in the 100 free, fifth (tie) in the 50 free and ninth on CMU’s “B” heat winning 200 free relay team… Accounted for 60 ½ team points in his four individual events, third most in the entire meet, and another 23 when including his share of the relay points… Had won the 200 free at the A3 Performance Invitational in a season-best time of 1:37.04 (altitude-adjusted)... Won the 100 free on both days of the CMU Duals at again in a dual at Division I Wyoming.

2020-21: Attended CMU online from his native Poland during the pandemic-effected 2020-21 academic year... Finished in the top 20 in three events at the Polish National Championships, taking 18th in the 50 fly and 100 free and 19th in the 200 free…  Had placed 12th in the 50 free, 16th in the 200 free and 20th in the 100 free in the Polish Senior Championships, a short-course meet in December, 2020… Competed in several Arena Grand Prix events.

Prep: 2019 graduate of Zespól Szkól Ekonomiczno-Ogólnoksztalcacych we Wroclawiu… Represented his nation at the 2018 Junior European Championships.

Personal: Is majoring in sport management… Plans to set up a swimming school after returning to Poland or finding a similar profession in sport management… Son of Wojciech and Ewa… Has one sibling— Malgorzata… Enjoys hanging out with friends and is a fan of films based on Marvel comics.

Why I Chose CMU: “I set up a call with coach Mickey and he told me about everything related to CMU and almost immediately I made a decision that I want to study here. I especially like the place where CMU is, you can go hiking, skiing and kayaking in the river. An ideal place for an athlete.”
