2024-25 (As a Sophomore): Dove in 11 meets, including the RMAC Championships and the NCAA Pre-Championship Qualification meet… Placed second while winning silver medals and a pair of First Team All-RMAC honors in both diving events at the RMAC Championships… Scored 34 team points to help the Mavs to a seventh straight team title… Posted season-best scores of 563.75 (1m) and 537.75 (3m) points during the conference meet, posting the 3-meter mark in the prelims and the 1-meter mark in the finals… Went on to place 18th on the 3-meter board (229.90) and 26th in the 1-meter competition (213.60) at the NCAA qualification meet… Focused on the 1-meter board during the first half of the season before adding the 3-meter to his repertoire in January… Won the 1-meter competition in the Denver dual with a 6-dive season-best score of 347.18 points… Surpassed the NCAA qualifying standards a dozen times throughout the campaign at four different meets… Was named as the RMAC Diver of the Week on both Nov. 6 following his win against Denver.

2023-24 (As a Freshman): Had a brilliant start to his collegiate career, winning a pair of all-conference certificates… Claimed first team honors and the silver medal with a second place score of 524.00 points on the 1-meter… Finished third to claim the bronze medal and a Second Team All-RMAC certificate on the 3-meter with a score of 480.20 points… Was the top finisher in the preliminary round of both competitions, scoring a season-best 524.00 (1m) and 557.15 (3m) points… Qualified to compete in the NCAA Pre-Championship qualification meet but was unable to compete due to injury… Was named as the RMAC Diver of the Week twice, claiming those honors on Nov. 8 and Jan. 10… Won the 1-meter in the Nov. 3 dual against Wyoming, scoring a season-best 287.18 points on six dives… Had a season-best 3-meter, 6-dive score of 315.30 points in the Utah dual.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Perry High School… Placed fifth at the 2020 AIA Division I Championships as a sophomore… Had placed eighth as a freshman in the fall of 2019.

Club: Finished second on both the 1 and 3-meter boards as the Arizona Association State Championships in 2023 while diving for the East Valley Dive Club.

Personal: Is majoring in civil engineering… Hopes to have a career in that field, possibly owning his own business…. Son of David and Jennifer Juarros… Has one sibling— Ricky… Enjoys playing with his dogs, hanging out with friends and outdoor activities.
