Biography
Before CMU: Spent the 2023-24 academic year at the United States Naval Academy as a member of the Midshipmen in Annapolis, Maryland… Set multiple season-bests at the ECAC Open Championship in March… Posted personal-best times of 1:41.94 (200 Free), 4:33.15 (500 Free), 1:47.95 (200 Fly) and 3:54.41 (400 IM) at that meet… Also had a season-best of 15:35.39 in the 1650 Free… Returned to the City of Richmond Swimming Club in 2024-25… Won four events at the COR Senior Cup, setting season-best times of 50.15 (100 Fly), 1:49.50 (200 Fly), 1:53.08 (200 IM) and 3:59.15 (400 IM).
Prep: 2023 graduate of iUniversity Prep… Swam for City of Richmond Swimming… Coached by Dan Hafner… Was a Junior Nationals and U.S. Open qualifier… Won the 2022 NCSA National Championship in the 200 Fly and 800 Free Relay… Helped the team to the gold medal at the 2021 meet and a silver in 2022… Was a USA Swimming Scholastic All-America honoree and a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Is majoring in business management… Wants to come a commercia airline pilot for American Airlines… Son of Steve and Ashley Gluck… Has two younger siblings— Evan and Chase… Enjoys spending time outdoors exploring as well as watching F1 racing, college football and playing video games.
