2013: Team won the RMAC Tournament Championship...Played in 18 games and made eight starts...Finished the season with one goal and one assist...Lone goal of the season came against South Dakota Mines on September 15.

2012: Played in 13 games and made three starts…Finished the season with one goal and one assist…Scored his first collegiate goal in a 7-0 win over Colorado Christian on Sept. 28…Assisted on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Adams State on Oct. 5.

2011: Redshirt Season

High School: Played for Coach Jim Engles and the Mustangs of Ponderosa High School…All-State 5A Second Team in 2011…Two-Time All-Continental League First Team selection…Continental League Champions in 2010.

Personal: Born on May 23, 1993…Majoring in Elementary Education…Son of John and Joanne LaPorta…Has two brothers, Sean (23) and Brian (18)…Chose CMU for the soccer program and the school itself.
