Previous School (Adams State) 2020-2021: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll... Played in 18 games with 17 starts... Totaled three goals... Converted on both PK attempts in 2021 Fall season.

2019: Played in six games while starting one... Took one shot on the season... Played 112 minutes.

2018: Played in 15 games over the season as a midfielder…Recorded a total of 305 minutes.

Prep: Played for Central High School.

Personal: Son of Enrique Cardenas and Macrina Contreras... Has two siblings, David and Heidy... Brother, David, runs cross country and track at Adams State University... Majoring in Sports Management... Aspires to improve the soccer levels in his hometown... Chose CMU for proximity to home and culture of the program... Enjoys playing all sorts of sport such as, volleyball, slow pitch softball and basketball.
