Andrew Conniff has been named the head coach after serving in the same role at South Dakota School of Mines the past two seasons. Prior to that, he was an assistant for the Hardrockers for two seasons.

Conniff played collegiately at Benedictine University (IL) where he graduated in 2012 with a degree in Communication Arts. He earned his master's degree from Leeds Beckett (UK) in sport law and society. He recently earned his US Soccer Federation 'C' License.
